@airtelindia facing a huge problem of connectivity in Hyderabad, Jubilee hills, Road no 86. Network of Airtel is very poor (Almost nil),have complained many times, but no solution, reliance Jio works fine here, why NOT Airtel, shall we switch to Jio, if u cant provide coverage.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia After exchanging many msgs, regarding the network problem,the issue is not yet resolved,I have been told in DM, that in future upgrades,they will think of upgrading the network in this area, in that case,I might opt for Jio, which works in this area

Can't hear the ringback tune while calling my wife's Airtel no. but there's no problem neither with ringtone nor with the voice while taking. She has no such issue with Jio using in same handset. Hopefully @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 'll look into this serious matter.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my airtel sim card is not working because of UNAVAILABILITY OF MOBILE NETWORK. Tried diagnosing the problem with airtel support application, it states that VoLTE is not enabled, but actually it is.(No problem with device). Please look into it.
