Airtel tels that the service has transparency but I am not getting any transparency on my any complaints jast Airtel team is ignoring all of my complaints from last 1 year. @airtelindia do u have any sense ? I have requested for PORT due to Internet issues. I have recieved a call from airtel, so told me that we will solve the issue please stop port. I not even recieved a call that the issue has been solved I got a message that problem has cleared.

@airtelindia has the worst customer support. They don't have any solution to sim swap/replacement rejection. They want their customer to visit from one circle to another to replace the sim card. How pathetic!! Even after repeated calls/escalation nobody is bothered to resolve.

@airtelindia I'm using my prepaid number. Having an unlimited recharge package, I'm unable to call and use data. "Unable to call because of insufficient balance press star to take 10 rupees loan 🥴" Such a bad experience. My personal number, I've important calls. Fix it ASAP.
