Airtel tels that the service has transparency but I am not getting any transparency on my any complaints jast Airtel team is ignoring all of my complaints from last 1 year. @airtelindia my data is not working suddenly today(postpaid). When I use wifi to diagnose network problems through airtel thanks app it says "pls switchoff your wifi". When I do, it says "oops internet issues. Cannot diagnose" WTF was that? You dumbass Airtel.

@airtelindia do u have any sense ? I have requested for PORT due to Internet issues. I have recieved a call from airtel, so told me that we will solve the issue please stop port. I not even recieved a call that the issue has been solved I got a message that problem has cleared.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber ID 7040113009. I was promised by ur sales guy 40mbps & after the payment the installed internet speed was 16mbps,very next minute I had called the customer care 2 cancel&refund my entire money. Dated 27-10-2020. Since then am waiting for refund

@airtelindia While I was complaining to 121 about this from my mobile (+91 9963791073) at 5.48 PM the call dropped. Your personnel did not even bother to escalate and give me a callback. What do you expect the customer to do? Dial 121 again and repeat the story from beginning?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare main village Sikri distt Muzaffarnagar ka rehne wala hoon Airtel Aur Vi dono companies ke network, electricity cut off hote hi chale jaate hain, tower kaam nahi karta. Cut off timeing 3:30 to 5:30 daily. Take it seriously please.
