@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

@airtelindia You have no such rights to make others fool saying we assure you the best network for calling and internet services. Dont make fool to customers try solving their issues as many times called to your customer support it never connects me to customer care agent.

They are even not ready to change her SIM Card!!! they claim that there is an issue in the device, when told them that I found the same issue on my phone with my wife's SIM card...I guess @airtelindia too is going @vodafonein1 's way...DOWNHILL!!!

Airtel does it again !! Frequent wifi disconnection issues and local team gives a solution to keep the router shut in night to avoid this issue instead of changing the router !! Wow !! Bravo Airtel !! Really, Airtel sucks these days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal
