    @airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst part is the Airtel representative who has put the campaign has no clue as when the connection will be active and they don't even respond to customer calls . I would request Airtel to stop fooling customers and starting fake product campaign

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They made fake promises to their customers I have ported my sim to airtel and also upgraded that to 4g network and now this sim is not working in Android set but it is working on 2g keypad mobile so what is reason behind that could you explain?

    @airtelindia worst network ever. Internet is slow, channel can't be viewed. I can't view a singl vedio on Facebook or elsewhere. Even airtel app is not responding. Ridiculous.. Fake claims of network boosting.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested.
