@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They made fake promises to their customers I have ported my sim to airtel and also upgraded that to 4g network and now this sim is not working in Android set but it is working on 2g keypad mobile so what is reason behind that could you explain?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My mobile services are intermittently getting disrupted from around 8pm.. 27-Jan. There no signal.. even voice calls are not going thru.. Is there an issue in Dindoshi, Mumbai area?? When will the services be normalized??

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . The problem created because of internet disruption is being very reluctantly addressed by airtel. If this continues we along with my friends who have airtel wifi will have to switch somewhere else

@oommen @airtelindia I suggest you to clear the log of router and also cache of all your devices connected to wifi. It will help. I am assuming you aren't connecting more than 20 devices at a time to wifi

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I escalated the issue and reraised the compaint on 26th i was told that the issue will be resolved by 27th jan but there is no resolution. Using airtel have been a mental torture now. Have I made a mistake by installing Airtel broadband??.
