    @airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

    When asked please transfer your call to your supervisor, he said not allowed in our department. So what is customer care for? If we have to take care of our issues then why do you have a customer care? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I have started to beleive that corporates are purposely reducing their call center support so that users give up after getting frustrated trying with chatbots & virtual assistants. Zero refunds, no need to solves issues and cost savings. Over all win win. @airtelindia @goibibo
