    @airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

    Airtel app shows very cheap and tempting offers and doesn't give anything and their customer support is also very poor. Their customer care is always busy on any other call. And IVR call disconnect automatically. I would like to suggest you do not download airtel app @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been an airtel black i.e. the most elite category of airtel customers. Since, yesterday I have been facing internet issues. Still, the customer care people are just juggling me around with time extension. Is this the appropriate behaviour?

    I have called CC multiple times but no response and now the call is not getting connected. Tikona doesn't want to help there customer. I think it's time to explore new options. @airtelindia
