@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a ridiculous service! I did port my number from vodafone and took 1 home plan. Your executives Keyur Pandya and Neha were laughing on me while explaining the issue. They sold me false committment. Billing cycle started but no technician. WOW!

@airtelindia The worst customer experience ever ,i called them thrice for complaint registration.The PPPoE password and id they give automatically fails to authenticate which is pathetic. I am facing this problem frequently.After 16 hrs there no call from any engineer to rectify that problem.
