  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's 7:30PM and we're still without WiFi in Bangalore HSR Layout. First the ETA was 12:30PM, then 6:30PM. Should we expect the next update to be tomorrow morning? Almost 12 hours without service, countless users affected, no real communication, and
