After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

They slapped a bill of more than INR 9k for data usage which they themselves had mentioned was free under some BS campaign of theirs. Extremely unreliable and poor service.
