    Some companies work very hard to lose clients & @airtelindia is one of them, despite talking to 4 supervisors, 3 managers the complaint no 10070422909 about broadband connection remains unresolved since Friday. I wonder if there is no accountability & resp system? Sad @GoI_MeitY

    .@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stop your customer care. Your IVR is the most worse exps for any customer. Broadband not working last 1 and half days and no one there to even respond. Last 1 week this is 2nd time.

    @airtelindia What a Third Class service team you have. Our office internet is not working from Saturday Morning. We have complained multiple time but not person came to resolve the issue. Seriously, Airtel services degrading to Last mile.

    @AirtelIndia, We don’t think that you can hit any further low than this with your internet service. Today is the 3rd day, we are losing our business because of no internet. There was no prior notification to any of the users in the building about changes. @airtelindia 1/3

    @airtelindia I wanted to exchange a sim at tagged location and guess what for a payment of ₹ 50 they don't have online payment support now m loitering around with a upi begging for a 50 currency note. It's funny you charge so high only to give such a pathetic service 🙄

    @Airtel_Presence Really bad experience with @airtelindia when i reached out to customer care they suggested to get my sim upgraded to get priority postpaid even i got my Airtel sim just 20 days ago still went to Airtel store and they said no need to get the sim upgraded and reach out to support

    @airtelindia @dtchq_delhi did ncmc card u provide at metro ticket counter not work in dtc buses? and review of your card-card is worst charging 50 for 5 yrs is too much for that product can't even scan within purse u have to pull out the card to scan at metro

    @airtelindia I had ported out from Airtel to Jio , but after finishing my three month period time in Jio I again ported in to Airtel postpaid. However I did not get the complementary OTT rewards my plan comes with. Please solve the issue.
