Show no internet connection and when bill date come @airtelindia not wait for single day and after due date charges apply on bill . Service is so poor so pls avoid airtel.

Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

Every time I visit store, I get a different answer -DoT suspended SIM, KYC needed etc. Now nodal office says no KYC needed, but I’m being asked to pay ₹50 for a duplicate SIM to fix this.
