    With very high hope we have opted for #AirTelBroadband for our organization and I am experiencing a service nightmare @airtelindia. I called more than 30 times to follow up on an issue that supposes to be resolved on Monday @Airtel_Presence.

    Some companies work very hard to lose clients & @airtelindia is one of them, despite talking to 4 supervisors, 3 managers the complaint no 10070422909 about broadband connection remains unresolved since Friday. I wonder if there is no accountability & resp system? Sad @GoI_MeitY

    This is very pathetic internet Connection by @airtelindia airtel fiber. I bought a plan Airtel fiber for next 6 month in 9th october,22 after using i faced 3 days internet problem and issue. I called the customer care but they already told that there are some technical issue.

    @Airtel_Presence my internet connection is very slow even when i am in my office intrenet connection gone . Show no internet connection and when bill date come @airtelindia not wait for single day and after due date charges apply on bill . Service is so poor so pls avoid airtel.

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.
