    I have officially mailed to Nodal officer regarding the unresolved issues of frequent disconnection of my Airtel Wi-Fi. Expecting immediate resolution and waiver of the outages happened. My dsl ID is 0271711055654_dsl. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Hi, I’m not sure how long this will take to resolve. I have 3 requests — IPTV connection, Mesh WiFi setup, and “one Airtel” connection. Can you please assign a point of contact who can cnnect with me and help get everything installed quickly? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel services from past 25 years if I am not wrong, I was surprised to see airtel not working in shahpur thane, kharade village area where other networks like vodaphone & jio are working , I wish if airtel could work there 🤔

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wifi is not working for the past 2 days and not able to connect with your customer care agents very poor IVR setup, I want to disconnect my wifi now otherwise I'll sue you guys in consumer court

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regret choosing Airtel SIM. Multiple complaints, same issue, no permanent fix. Only new deadlines and auto-closed complaints. People should check real customer service before buying Airtel.

    @JioCare has such terrible service took money no sim delivered. No reply. The person who was allotted the delivery work asked otp before even visiting. @airtelindia is so much better. Just online application once. Received sim next day. A female came to take my kyc. 👍

    After being a loyal @JioCare customer for 3-4 years, I ported to @airtelindia Big mistake. Regretting it badly already. Airtel's network coverage is terrible. Jio was 100x better. Learned my lesson in just 2-3 days.
