  @airtelindia The services have been pathetic in last 3 months...calls issues...disturbance, internet issue...I raised a request to fix it...a ticket was raised and was closed stating issue resolved...nobody bothered to check with me

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched from prepaid to postpaid plan. 699+gst I am unable to add family member number ,i went to airtel store and they took otp but he was supposed to visit home for kyc but not responding now How pathetic service you have .

  @airtelindia your wifi service is just ****. no customer support, contact not working just irritating ivr calls, your chatbot dosen't understand one 1% of the problem, this is how you deal with your customers

  @Airtel_Presence - Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My services were deactivated while I’m abroad, and I’m told that I or a blood relative must visit Karnataka to resolve it. None of us live there! How is this a solution? @Airtel_Presence Please resolve this urgently.
