Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.

Getting it everytime when outgoing call is placed is ridiculous. This can be trouble for someone in an emergency. Can you guys relook at this

Even if by chance your data is on when you switch on the phone or change it from airplane mode as soon as you get the welcome to xyz country message from @airtelindia and the local provider details the next message was that since I did not have a international roaming pack on and had reached the daily limit of non roaming pack use they had activated a pack of ₹824 and odd paise. After communicating with different names the standard reply was “we are looking into the matter and will get back to you”. Nearly a month now and now I have received the bill with the ₹824 showing as outstanding dues. Frankly with the attitude of the operators and the reluctance of authorities to take any action am not very hopeful of any kind of resolution.
