    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service is a complete joke. Days passed and still one WiFi connection can’t be fixed. Customer care keeps lying, nobody does their job, and the whole service is pure garbage. Absolute worst experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently started Airtel WiFi and now everyday I am getting 5-6 calls from your customer care and they want to tell me about benefits and sell some additional services. Some are even sending me the OTPs and it looks like a complete fraud.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    @airtelindia no support for dth. 656345135 ticket open for 4 th day, no response. Pls disconnect and stop charging if you cannot support. Escalation channel is also useless

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel AirFiber service. I already requested disconnection through email, but still no action has been taken from the support team. Poor customer service and delayed response. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel provides the worst FASTag service. My FASTag is showing inactive, I can’t even apply for a new one, and despite contacting support & raising complaints there’s absolutely no response. Completely frustrated with this service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #fastag
