@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My preferred language is English. You connect me to Telugu rep & then get transferred to Hindi who says can manage and speak in Hindi. After putting me on hold over 5min comes back and says call after 30min! Horrible experience dealing with you folks

@airtelindia Airtel Xtreme broadband. Very true. They make you xtremely mad with their xtremely poor service. Only promises. When their services go down, you have to run pillar to post to rectify. Am waiting for the last 20 minutes + on the customer service call and waiting

Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

@airtelindia you have the worst fiber connection. Every week your connection has problem. Every week I have to raise complaint. The technician number that tou give does not pick up the phone. How am I supposed to work with your terrible service. Worst thing possible.
