    @airtelindia Not sure to whom to reach out. Broadband down again since morning. This has happened 5-6 times in the last 12 days. Customer care keeps giving false timelines, today promised by 7:30 PM + callback, but nothing happened. Very poor service and zero accountability.

    @DROBAIDURR @airtelindia @airtelindia should immediately solve this problem. Ignoring problem won’t help them. They are loosing customer for such kind of arrogant behavior. This is looting customer. If u promise 5g unlimited, u have to provide it, no gimmick under "terms & condition "

    @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel Postpaid only fools the users and the service is worse than 2G. They say Airtel Postpaid is a priority. It has been a month since the complaint but it has not been solved.
