@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Unbelievable, I requested for physical SIM to be replaced to eSIM now I have nothing no SIM and no eSIM. Suppose to get a QR code that never came. call 121 and IVR keeps running no human to answer. Airtel is the stupidest service in India.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think Airtel started taking their existing customers for granted and started to provide very poor services. I feel sad that when Airtel is trying to increase their ARPU to 200/- but it forgot to basically provide proper service to its customers.
