    @airtelindia an agent came over today on an 'automatically triggered issue' when nobody had asked, entered our apartment and amazingly improved our internet speed from 250mbps to 9mbps, citing 'cable issues' that did not exist until he arrived. What customer service👏🏻 Hats off.

    Calling airtel customer care is such a herculean task. They will give you all the ****** options but the one which you actually need i.e to speak to them. Fix this! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
