@airtelindia And close the complaint. After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I use the airtel Xtreme internet in Ahmedabad, and I've lost my wifi connection at least 10 times in these 2 weeks. Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

I have 2 connections for @airtelindia . 1:- Airtel Mobile number, 2:- Airtel Hd dish tv. Both have a poor network connection problem. Not working in channel and Also network data suffers. Big poor network in Airtel. So now I think this time for move to other.
