    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    Irresponsible Airtel Black customer support, After 3 times of complaints still issue is same and airtel black support failed to resolved my issues. @airtelindia never ever go with Airtel black broadband services. Pathetic Airtel black service and internet. #airtelblack

    @airtelindia What a Third Class service team you have. Our office internet is not working from Saturday Morning. We have complained multiple time but not person came to resolve the issue. Seriously, Airtel services degrading to Last mile.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a network outrage in our area. Since last 3 days, I have not been able to use the broadband connection. Also, the app and call support is pathetic. They are just giving us false deadlines and pushing them.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer for broadband from 2015. And yet it surprises me how incompetency has won over your work since 2019. I simply want to enjoy a seamless internet connection without any hassle. Is that too much to ask? Am I asking too much?

    We ar on a regular maintenance activity & you may face service disruption on Airtel Xstream Fiber service on 25 January 2022 frm 11:31 AM to 3:31 PM This is 7th time a month I am receiving this msg from airtel. Pathetic service. Gtpl is far more than than airtel. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia despite of giving me solution your so cold on ground team asked me to close my broadband connection. What a great employees you have. It's already 5 days gone now need to do the same. Already informed nodal west but no solution.

    Conti- TW2 - 1. 10157831992 dt 31/03/23 2. 10160593576 dt 07/04/23 Both the above tickets closed without resolving issue from back end as I have not provided OTP to close the tickets. 2 years before, Fiber permission already granted by society but yet not start work. @airtelindia

    I have 2 connections for @airtelindia . 1:- Airtel Mobile number, 2:- Airtel Hd dish tv. Both have a poor network connection problem. Not working in channel and Also network data suffers. Big poor network in Airtel. So now I think this time for move to other.

    @airtelindia To The Airtel Network Team Subject: Request to Complete Airtel Tower Installation and Enable 5G Network Services Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in our village, Hathyadka, Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs.     @airtelindia 598 recharge done.Zee5 and Xstream still not working after several days and multiple follow-ups This is a 28-day plan and valid days are already lost without access to promised OTT benefits. Resolution timeline was also missed Need immediate resolution or refund.
