    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I use the airtel Xtreme internet in Ahmedabad, and I've lost my wifi connection at least 10 times in these 2 weeks. Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

    @airtelindia got the bills of Rs 2988/- month and on enquiry found 3 international calls , which never done from handset. Raised to send detail bill at customer care but not received said bills today also. Outgoing bar on said number.

    With very high hope we have opted for #AirTelBroadband for our organization and I am experiencing a service nightmare @airtelindia. I called more than 30 times to follow up on an issue that supposes to be resolved on Monday @Airtel_Presence.

    Everything was running smoothly, and internet speeds were commendable—until Starlink was reportedly disapproved for introduction in India. The Indian government has cited security concerns as the basis for this decision, which raises the possibility that internal adversaries may be attempting to disrupt the country's already robust 5G networks. These disturbances appear to coincide with the government's move to block Starlink's entry into India. The impact has been particularly noticeable in Manipur, where network connectivity has been severely affected. Video calls no longer connect as seamlessly as before, and internet services frequently remain down for extended periods. A thorough examination of the current systems and operational workflows may be necessary to uncover any internal interference.     And the real punchline: when I asked why premium service = unusable network, customer care didn't offer to fix it. 10 years of loyalty, deserves a fix, not an assisted departure. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
