I made the payment to your sales man named Somnath Halder , he kept telling me that the installation will be done by 4pm today but I did not receive any calls.I demand a refund.   @airtelindia I m using Airtel xtream fiber for last 2 yrs. Earlier Hoichoi ott was included, now surprisingly found that it is not listed there. Why it has been removed? I m paying postpaid with same amount. Very strange. No chat service available in xtream on this.

  I ported my numbers to airtel postpaid and honestly its a pain surf internet on airtel 4g or 5g …. Hell its not even 2g or edge network … 1 more month and i will port it to @jio let the 3 months complete @airtelindia

  @airtelindia gives such a disgusting service .. they just say that they are giving 5g unlimited.. but there Internet gets exploded at 4g rate .. 5 gb in just ine innings … they just want to either get their postpaid plan or just doing more and more data packs
