Spoke to 3 supervisors and still no solution .. spoke to last Supervisor named Risha Kaushar .. who is absolutely bad at customer service . wanted to speak to her Supervisor but she did not let me and kept on arguing for 30-40 mins then I had to disconnect @airtelindia Atrocious

@airtelindia your customer service waiting time is pathetic . Even I put my customer number than it says i try more number than regular customer Id. I release my safe custody and back to my regular plan but after 5 hour passed my internet still not working.

@airtelindia I am a student at NIT Agartala. Everyday in the evening and sometimes in afternoon there is no network and I can't use internet. I have complained many times but nothing has been done. I did data recharge but still can't use because there is no data signal in evening.
