@TRAI I Lodge my complaint against @airtelindia who disable my card service who have don't legally as per consumer law i recently recharged for my card for service on they (@airtelindia) deducted my balance which is not used by me and today they stopped my card service.

The @airtelindia ivrs and their app doesn't have options to close account. They force customers to call @Airtel_Presence customer service and go through myraid procedures. Inspite of all these, they don't close account properly and keep billing for no fault of the customer
