    @airtelindia Broadband Modem Shifting Comp No.10137732968 of 12 Feb 23 not resolved after 7 day Technician reported that Drilling Machine/Tools don’t provide by Airtel Co for fixing Nail on the by Drill machine as per customer request. Better out source this job to private vendor

    Hello @airtelindia I’m a 5-6 year old customer of Airtel and I usually do year long recharges. Recently we shifted to a new house. I am not getting any network there, can’t make calls or use internet. My plan is active until October. Is it possible to get a refund.

    @airtelindia 24+ hours without broadband and still no resolution. Can't raise a complaint, can't reach support, and the app keeps repeating the same expired "5–6 hour" ETA. This is directly impacting my WFH job and causing losses. Unacceptable service. Resolve this immediately.
