    previous complaint for Shifting is in progress and your reference number is 10000717624. Let me assure you that the issue would be resolved within 07 days from the date of request registered 27-10-2021, but today 12 Nov 2021 still not resolve @airtrl @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia@ceo. Am@savita bhaskar having a connection since 1995/96 airtel black too. In august took a broadband connection for 45 days thru customer care. Cancelled 23/9 from same custumer care . Technician Surinder singh came on both times install and close Now billed

    @airtelindia Very poor Services, charges for everything even if the problem is in the product only but we have to pay price as the warranty is over. I can understand the warranty things but what about the card and set-top box which remains fixed with TV and not being touched.

    Seems like @airtelindia isn’t willing to add new customers/connections. They are declining the request to add new broadband connections. Just got a call from them stating we have exhausted new connections and won’t add new ones. Worst part no cust care to talk or report to.
