    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very bad operator, recharge is over on 14th February, call is not working, it is understandable but why my OTP is not coming. Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.

    @airtelindia is Tom-toming their 5G service every time you call @Airtel_Presence . They can’t provide half decent 4G service. There are poor network, call drops. The authorities should legally stop these cheats from upgrading unless they provide decent basic services.

    Every few months there seems to be a new rule. Late fees. Restriction. The billing systems keep evolving. But customer support doesn't seem to evolve. Priority postpaid by @airtelindia my nose, they can provide basic service properly.

    @SaffronChargers @airtelindia consistently fails to deliver the speeds it promises. Our WiFi is down more often than it is working, causing constant disruption. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless outages. This is becoming increasingly frustrating.
