    @airtelindia And what is the point of your so-called 24×7 support? It's nothing but a chatbot loop. There isn't even an option to connect to a human support agent in the app. Customers pay for a service, not endless automated replies that solve nothing.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the complaint was lodged on 6th night at 9:51pm, engineer was supposed to attend before 1 PM, unfortunately no one turned so far!

    @Airtel_Presence DTH Re installation Service request #657371162 was scheduled for 6 July at 9 AM. The slot passed with no resolution. Your team keeps constantly rescheduling and shuffling engineers. Resolve this immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia idk what's wrong with your services out of 30 days of a month I rarely get 80+ mbps speed on my airtel xtream connection, it is around 0.2-0.6 mbps most of the time. I cannot raise a complaint via the app as it only works with dumb questions. Fix my internet speed RN

    @Airtel_Presence, my Wi-Fi has not been wrking for the past 2 days, and there has been no resolution. Your app is extremely frustrating. I can't even reach customer support to raise a complaint. This level of service is unacceptable. Pls resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia
