    The customer calls and asks about the problem rather than receiving assistance; she is not prepared to listen. She used the phrase "DONT REPEAT YOURSELF AGAIN AND AGAIN" in a very aggressive manner, and she paid no attention to what I said.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Again and again the same internet issue and very bad response from customer care , simply saying it will take 24 hours to resolve and i need to lose my one day salary. This is the third time facing the same issue and third time i lost my sal.
