    How we used to cheer up in our childhood when power is back after long outage the same I am getting with @airtelindia when they fix my wifi after 4-5 days. Thank you for giving me the nostalgic memories and worst customer service experience. #airtelxstreamfiber

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello there, I stay in behram baug,Jogeshwari west,mumbai 400102.I'm unable to make calls & my internet isnt working. You increased tariff rates to provide good service but you're providing a pathetic service. Ridiculous. Call me 9920960945

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service from Airtel. I am Airtel black customer from long time . Request for shifting connection was raised on 10th jan., shifting was expected to completed on 11th jan . Escalated to airtel nodal officer but no revert. Ticket no 10014146209

    @airtelindia Is Airtel customer care team manipulating the customer complaint raised via IVR. I believe system is to fool customer. My complaint raised on January 08, 2021 is not resolved yet, but my old complain no. is not traceable in Airtel system. This is how you manage TAT.

    @airtelindia what pathetic customer service! If one wants a broadband connection, without checking if connection is possible in that area you create request and make the custom pay. After 1 week also you don’t provide the connection.
