    @NHAI_Official @airtelindia @airtelbank Fastag purchased from NHAI and linked to Airtel payments Bank was blacklisted at toll.plaza. had to pay double charge in cash. Reason for blacklist Airtel says NHAi deactivated tag but NHAi customer care says tag is active but low balance

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am raising a dispute in consumer forum after experiencing poor service with Airtel Xtreme fibre. Request to upgrade plan pending since last 15 days , paid one year advance to upgrade plan but still pending. Amount refund requested also pending .

    @airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

    @airtelindia I have complained regarding my Sim not working in the United Kingdom. Each time I get a response saying we will resolve in 24-48 hrs, but I haven't received any update nor any follow up from your end. It's been more than 2 weeks since I have raised a complaint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Never ever go with Airtel network. Why? Bcoz.. 1. If you lose your ATM card and you need to call on 1800 XXX XXXX then you can't do if you dont have main balance. 2. In hills, jungles area, your network will lose.
