@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am raising a dispute in consumer forum after experiencing poor service with Airtel Xtreme fibre. Request to upgrade plan pending since last 15 days , paid one year advance to upgrade plan but still pending. Amount refund requested also pending .

@airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

@airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

**** service @airtelindia broadband where i use to get 30 - 40 ping in game now i am getting 60 - 70 ping. Each time i call customer care they say they will arrange a technician . The technician who comes to visit site doesnt even know what is packet loss and ping!!
