    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incorrect bill generated for d 2 postpaid no.s which were already merged as part of One Airtel plan (2 postpaid & 1 broadband connection). Also not receiving broadband bill on my registered email id. Airtel customer support failed 2 help on d issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband connection is down since a few days. have contacted various person and also raised customer care complaints and also went to nearby airtel store but got no help. @GRAHAKSEWA would I get the refund for the days i am not able to use it?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Swapped a sim due to network issues in Bangalore. Sim belongs to Rajasthan circle and got it replaced in Karnataka. Airtel store personnel told it will take 24 hrs to activate Is it possible to get this done soon. #Simswap #activation #NoNotWorking

    @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia Aftr requesting umpteen times, yesterday technician KAMLESH +919311692845 came and said that wire is damage and SONU +916287939181 will come by 9 am and this guy SONU is sayings ir I am busy I will come later on.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence guys we need urgent attention as our complete one tower of 104 flats have gone down with internet connection. I am not sure sure even other towers also impacted. Please fix it asap as kids online classes and office work has stopped.

    @airtelindia I have got my Airtel Fastag a month back ago. It still says shipped. Bcz of this I am not able to activate my Fastag. Such a carelessness from Airtel. They forgot to mark it as delivered. Please help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what kind of service do you have. From last 2 months after several complaints I am paying for 100 Mbps speed and my modem is 40mbps. Your service engineer pavan kumar yadav has forcefully changed the modem and given an old modem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews The house nor outdoors. The signal strength occasionally hovers at just one or two bars, and at other times, it vanishes completely. In light of this, I request you to kindly resolve this issue and rectify the network service.

I made the payment to your sales man named Somnath Halder , he kept telling me that the installation will be done by 4pm today but I did not receive any calls.I demand a refund. I called your customer care service multiple times but that is even worse. I was not able to speak to anyone. The automation you have is pathetic, the ivr kept putting me in loops

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence all of a sudden my SIM card stopped working and when called the customer care they said the SIM card is corrupt and need to get a new sim and today being Sunday I’ll have to wait till Monday as all stores are closed. Without phone I cannot go out
