    @airtelindia @Mortal04907880 @8bitMamba_ Why go to 5G, your Airtel does not update 4G supported phone DB and say Moto Z play does not support VOLTE but Jio supports volte. Hence during call NW switches to 2G and no 2G towers at home and call drops. Poor NW coverage case autocloses in 15 days without resolution.

    @airtelindia Issues with digital tv. Have raised two complaints in the last few days. Each time someone would come and fix something. Again facing an issue. No point in raising a ticket because we have to pay for service each time, with no permanent resolution.
