    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mobile internet 4g is not near 2g network speed, calls aren't getting through if by chance it gets thru it would drop in between. Why are are we goin towards 5g? Let's make 4g better first.

    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    In today's virtual environment, the min expectation one need is to have a stable internet connection and continuous power supply. While power supply is assured, @airtelindia is giving unlimited trouble with their unlimited broadband package. @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel DTH doesn't have proper facilities doesn't give any proper response from the customer support they don't keep their promises of Airtel DTH from past few years 6 months it will get the issue and all the time technician will be reach after 5 days all the time @airtelindia

    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @airtelindia I am facing worst experience from last 3 4 months on Airtel..very pathetic experience.. always call drops.. not clear voice..very poor service in Kopargaon region of Ahillyanagar district in Maharashtra.. Don't know what's the issue but very very unhappy

    @airtelindia you guys are providing worst service in Jaitala area of Nagpur highly disappointed won’t reccomend this to anyone terrific every other time their WiFi goes out of service and they charge full Everytime .

    @airtelindia I ported my mother’s SIM from Vodafone to Airtel and was advised to upgrade from the ₹499 plan to ₹699. It has been 4 days and the SIM is still not ported. I’m already being charged for the ₹699 plan while the service is not active.

    @airtelindia I did not opt for international roaming during my trip. However, after returning, I received a message stating that international roaming had already been activated, despite me not using the service. Please look into this issue and help reverse the incorrect charges

    What a pathetic customer service you have @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This my transaction ID - NX26061420291277542623251 of my wrong recharge. I raised a request within 75 minutes of it. Still not getting my refund 😭😭.
