    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. I’ve reported my WiFi issue for 6 DAYS and keep hearing “give us 24 hours” with ZERO resolution. Calling daily just to get the same response is unacceptable. Fix this immediately or I will escalate. #PoorService request ID: 11027963592

    If e-commerce companies can operate human customer executives who understand issues rather than just giving options to choose from, why can't Airtel? Hours wasted solving an issue as your so-called 24x7 chatbot doesn't understand customers' issues. Still unresolved. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia time passes and no one reaches out. I raise multiple queries on the app andand recieve 2/3 calls explaining to them what my issue is. They instruct the same - reach out to engineer or talk to 121. Engineer listed in app doesnt pickup calls even once. 3/n

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. Even after sharing all details via DM as requested, there is still NO action on cancelling my XSTREAM Premium subscription.Your complaint handling is completely unresponsive. I clearly stated NO consent for auto-renewal, yet no resolution.

    @airtelindia Paid for JioHotstar but never got access. Complained multiple times, visited store, shared proofs. Now you say “expired” while your team says “active” — totally contradictory. Clear mis-selling & harassment. Fix this in or I escalate to TRAI & Consumer Court. #Airtel

    Hello @airtelindia,recently I ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel for 5G network and your team promised 1 month FREE unlimited 4G/5G data & calls. But after porting,I received NOTHING. No recharge,no benefits. This is false commitment and complete misguidance just to gain customers
