    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 18 YEARS of loyalty wiped out in one morning. Total network blackout since today morning, and your customer care is absolutely unreachable. I am completely digitally stranded and losing critical work hours.

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed. My Airtel Broadband in Ujjain has been down since morning. Complaint #11034393379. Followed up 4 times. Engineer was promised by 12 PM, but no one came or called. Resolve it today, or I'll disconnect my connection. @airtelindia #Airtel

    7/ Hoping someone from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence actually reviews this instead of simply closing another complaint. Please treat this as an escalation and resolve it without further delay. You may grow your revenue by doing this but not for long as customers will leave.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India I emailed your Customer Care and Nodal Gurugram Officer on 06 Jul 2026 requesting permanent disconnection of my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. The connection has not been in use for the last 2–3 months, as it was installed only for CCTV, which is no longer operational. Despite my written request, I have not received any acknowledgement, Service Request (SR) number, or response. Kindly: • Process the permanent disconnection immediately. • Ensure no future bills are generated after my disconnection request. • Clarify the status of the Airtel UPS device (return/refund/ownership). A grievance has also been submitted with the appropriate telecom authority. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.

    Jio and airtel both are the worst services providers . More than hours on no stable Internet/no Internet at all , calls getting dropped mid way + the worst help centers in their app. . Plz fix this asap @JioCare @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have trusted airtel from the first time i bought an cellphone, and my whole family uses airtel , but they have always disappointed me with their service , i have an airtel wifi, every month they are out of service for atleast 7 days and i suffer a lot.
