    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A ticket was raised for no network being received in post paid SIM. Spoke to customer care and visited airtel store. No action till date. Ticket Closed without action. No response from you despite multiple posts. Is this incompetence or arrogance?

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took an Airtel WiFi connection 5 months ago and have received at least 30 outage messages in 30 days. My work was affected for an entire week once, and today they cut the WiFi without notice, disrupting my important meetings. 1/2

    Paid for @airtelindia WiFi connection but service was never provided. It has been weeks and I still haven't received my refund. Disappointed with the poor customer service. Please resolve this and process my refund immediately. @Airtel_Presence
