    @airtelindia your customer service waiting time is pathetic . Even I put my customer number than it says i try more number than regular customer Id. I release my safe custody and back to my regular plan but after 5 hour passed my internet still not working.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a ridiculous service! I did port my number from vodafone and took 1 home plan. Your executives Keyur Pandya and Neha were laughing on me while explaining the issue. They sold me false committment. Billing cycle started but no technician. WOW!

    Spoke to 3 supervisors and still no solution .. spoke to last Supervisor named Risha Kaushar .. who is absolutely bad at customer service . wanted to speak to her Supervisor but she did not let me and kept on arguing for 30-40 mins then I had to disconnect @airtelindia Atrocious

    @airtelindia @airtelnews When recharge was done for 56 days. i don't why network going very slow sometimes not even connecting properly before end 56th day. Even when 1.5gb not completed per day facing issue very often.

    @airtelindia I've recently made an complaint about facing indore voice cracking problem. My complaint is closed now without given resolution. All your customer executive are Misguiding people of India your company is Misguided too. So, Stop calling yourself "Bhartiye" Airtel.
