This is very pathetic internet Connection by @airtelindia airtel fiber. I bought a plan Airtel fiber for next 6 month in 9th october,22 after using i faced 3 days internet problem and issue. I called the customer care but they already told that there are some technical issue.

Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I use the airtel Xtreme internet in Ahmedabad, and I've lost my wifi connection at least 10 times in these 2 weeks. Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

@airtelindia Hi, Your customer care process is highly ineffective. There is absolutely no customer centricity. I am charged incorrectly for International roaming when I didn’t activate it for that country. No SMS received either. Extremely disappointing and feeling cheated.
