Call Airtel 198 and you need to listen their useless bak bak. After that IVR very very poor and of no use. Call not transferred to agent. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ffs response to complaint.

@airtelindia @Shreyas2Shankar We had sent email to Airtel for disconnection of Airtel broadband connection with landline number +912249694004 . Yet to receive confirmation from @airtelindia Please disconnect the broadband service and take back the Router. Thanks
