    @airtelindia Airtel India its very sad to tell you that I have applied for Airtel broadband but no isntallation done after payment and when I am asking for refund Customer care is putting my call on hold and not guiding me to get refund

    @airtelindia Airtel mobile network complient resolution std. time is 15 days, they expect you to use jio or vi during this time. Hope someone apply their mind.

    @airtelindia airtel broadband is not providing the speed as said. Takes 2-3 mins to load a website. Not able to open Facebook, whatsapp. Worst service.

    @airtelindia every time i face any kind of internet issue i have to call on 121 and there i have to put a complaint (after listening to a lot of unavoidable ivr commands) . The problem gets resolved within a week and everything works perfect for a week .
