@airtelindia Seeing no network since yesterday afternoon, and reaching out to your gallery today, they say your sim is physically damaged because everyone's network is back! What sense does this make? Network went of because of the issue your end and it is still not working!

@airtelindia I'm not able to talk to the customer care . Very pathetic experience. When I call 121 it is not allowing me to talk to the customer care instead it asking some useless information, and it is telling the data balance which I already know. Please respond @airtelindia
