    @airtelindia you have increased the rates but the network performance has fallen down drastically. Its impossible to make calls these days & call drops are so frequent that i am always forced to use watsapp call.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS and resolve my issue it's a humble request. And if the issue don't resolve in two days, then I will break the sim and throw it away, I don't want to even port it. Is this the way vi handles their customer. @airtelindia is far better than vi

    @airtelindia I made a complaint regarding my phone number, and talks customer care helpline number many times but @airtelindia didn't even fix my problem! Worst service.. you don't give attention on your customers
