@airtelindia it’s really bad service from you in Andhra Pradesh, it’s showing 4G for internet connect but I feel like it’s 2G. And your customer care center needs to be appointed with more technical people. I’m having issue sending messages but your team is not able to address.

And the #rottentomato for customer service award goes to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence because Airtel doesn't care.. My corporate sim which was damaged couldn't be replaced for 6 days and when my company has issued NOC for transfer of Sim Ownership they just give absurd reasons
