    @airtel_tanzania, then he sent an email to @airtelindia and they sent an email to someone to check on it but no one bothered to check it and resolve. Then I decided to call customer care and they booked my complaint but no solution yet. @TCRA_Tz

    @airtelindia is there anyway I can speak to a real human and not computer? There could be issues which are not listed on website or IVR. It is so frustrating. Can you provide a number where some real person can answer?
