    @airtelindia I bought a broadband internet connection from Airtel and i paid for 1 year and i wanted to cancel due to poor internet connection speed and service.They are not refunding the amount paid in advance and this is not acceptable from customer. #AirtelBroadband #poorservice #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am experiencing an awful slow speed fibre broadband connection from quite some time why do I have to call customer care or tweet. Can't u provide a stable connection. I am WFH and this speed won't work. I am paying for a service I am not getting.

    @airtelindia Very pathetic Customer Support.... From last 1.5 months i am following up with them for my small issue but instead of resolving the same they are just passing time... Dear all please avoid airtel and switch to other networks....

    @airtelindia I booked n cancelled my AirIndia air ticket through EaseMyTrip.For refund ,as per them they have raised the RA n AirIndia usually takes 45 to 180 days or beyond to process the RA, wait atleast till 31 March.R u really SO SLOW in giving back? @DGCAIndia @HardeepSPuri

    @airtelindia i have never seen such a worst mobile network in my whole life don't claim yourself "Hindustan ka sab se fast network" which is the biggest scam. Such a shame

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Many time I hv complained about it At night airtel broadband speed become extremely slow.I am not sure its intentional or not but I feel U guys doing this intentionally if not you guys have rectified it long back...Definitely bad #CustomerExperience
