@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad and worst service where the Airtel is providing they had disconnected the number for 250/- they promised to waive off this amount and finally they didnt waived off n disconnected the service and very rude and abuse language with customers

@Airtel_Presence was billed extra amount for my Airtel landline. Got to know through your customer care rep that 1800 numbers (i.e. toll free numbers) are considered Premium Numbers.This is odd considering they're called 'Toll Free' @airtelindia. @TRAI plz look into this. #airtel

@airtelindia please teach your customer-care employees little bit decency and respect about customer's time. They tend to make you wait for call disconnection..If u have any uncomfortable query for them.
