    @airtelindia My digital TV account is active but only free to air channels like news channels are running. No paid channel is running. I contacted customer care but they couldn't resolve it and offered me paid service. If free channels are working, then stb is fine.

    Bhai @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please cancel this order. It more than 20 day and I’m not able to place new order as this is pending. Also your executing call me daily to explain about black. But no one able to resolve this issue. If you also can’t cancel at least stop calling

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I do not even have a network of 4G Please solve this problem Me and my family are thinking that we should use Airtel's sim, if we bring 4G network as soon as possible, then we can use Airtel sim.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So, the stb is fine, the receiver antenna and cables are fine otherwise no channel should be working fine. So, I don't need paid engineer service. Resolve my issue as my account's validity is intact.
