@Airtel_Presence FYI the engineer is still at my premises and he absolutely clueless about how to get the issue resolved. The router is still non functional and it's been almost 4 hours plus and yet no resolution and your enginner is not ready to accept his fault. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
