@airtelindia 4 some reason I need 2 get my fixed line disconnected. However I m unable to find an option for the same either in APP or dialling 121. I hv though registered a request 4d same & told that I will receive a call back. However that doesn’t happen so far. Can u pl help!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia most irritating and disappointing customer service set up ever made. If your issue is not there is the pre defined issues on the app , you can never report or raise the issue which you are facing. Non responsive customer service.

Hey @airtelindia I been trying to connect with customer care but I’m able to do it. I have requested to activate the esim but after that the sim stopped working I’m not receiving calls or messages. I have already DM you on twitter via mail as well. But did not get any reply.
