    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised request in August and escalated to nodal in September, have received no resolution at all. And I am still receiving an email stating that we are on it and will resolve it in 48 hours. Do you live in past? You know what calendar is?

    I recently bought an iPhone 12,my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my ph no,it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end. They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service Please resolve this issue @airtelindia
