@Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream isnt working frm last 5 days, SR #132015104 was closed automatically without any resolution. Raised new SR#132145176 & is still open. Engineer confirmed tht modem needs to be changed bt @airtelindia isnt able to do it in 5days. #unprofessional

@airtelindia what is this? My wifi has been down for one week and everytime we make a complaint no one comes to my house and my wifi still does not work. But they close the complaint and say that it's resolved. Even after escalation of the issue they do the same thing.

Good job @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for Blocking my Internet and outgoing services just because I missed out on the last payment date. I’ve been using this number for last 8 years and kept paying almost 3000 every month. You just lost a Cellular, broadband and DTH customer.
