@VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia fixed line complaint pending since last 5 days but no response whatsoever, despite interacting with d senior level. It's indeed poorest of d poor standards of services against d high claims. No options, yet again, but to exit!!

Mr. Gopal Vittal @airtelindia do you have any say on the issue of services offered in plan cannot be claimed due to incorrect update by Airtel. Helpdesk and Escalation desk is not even ready to provide the complaint number for the issue. I hope the Voice of customer reaches you!
