    Over 6 days of dead broadband and zero accountability from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If an on-ground technician is not assigned with a fixed resolution slot today, close my account permanently and process a refund for unrendered services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing connectivity issues for last 10 days. Today also there is no connectivity and engineer visit has been scheduled for evening. Most pathetic Internet service I've ever had. @JioCare are you available in H Block, Sector 84 Faridabad?

    @airtelindia I m getting 3 days less validity in new plan recharge. How can 2 plans be active at same time? I called customer care and dey saying only same plan if recharged remain in queue n they disconnected. Bt where hv u mentioned dese conditions to the Customers? Dis is cheating n fraud!

    @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi service is usually very good, but for the last two days I’ve been experiencing frequent network issues.The connection keeps dropping,and the internet speed has become so unstable that I can’t even watch reels or videos #networkissue

    @airtelindia I’m unable to find my most recent prepaid recharge receipt in PDF format on either the Thanks app or the website. I’ve tried contacting customer care but received no assistance, which has been very frustrating and makes the support experience feel unfriendly.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia they simple put blame on others n make me call every now and then to fix their problem. Even after multiple followups nothing is working with them. If my case number is not sorted out today filing case in consumer court. Ref no:13917604228

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Order ID - 21-181653488523 Wifi installation is pending since 13 August 2026. Total amount of Rs 1500 was charged by the Airtel representative, yet there is no installation done till today. Now raised cancellation with refund through customer care.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been completely non-functional since yesterday, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my complaint. The chatbot repeatedly gives another “4 hours” estimate, while customer care cites a system upgrade with no clear resolution. #Airtel
