@airtelindia have put a request to convert pre-paid to postpaid yesterday. Such a pathetic experience you have made Airtel. I have been a customer earlier too in a single click my prepaid was converted to postpaid but now they asked me to do physical verification and show ID's.

@airtelindia many ppl in Pune are not getting 4G services since last 2 days, I'm even not receiving the phone calls/messages mostly and internet is even pathetic. Pls hv sm1 look into it as customer service is out of reach too.
