    @Airtel_Presence As per your commitment, 4 hours have already passed and the issue still persists. Since morning I’ve been hearing ‘4 hours,’ but @airtelindia hasn’t clarified when those 4 hours actually begin. Well done @airtelindia 👏 Please extend my billing cycle by 2 days😡

    @airtelindia Chatbot obviously was not helpful so decided to call @airtelindia support Surprise surprise the entire IVR is in hindi Now after numerous navigations finally get through to a real person after 15-20mins only for her to ask me to speak in Hindi

    @airtelindia - In airtel have referral bonus process so i referred 2 friends and shared referral code with Airtel agent unfortunately the referral amount not credited I have already raised a complaint (Req – 4512078216 & 4512227008 nd requested an investigation into this matter

    @airtelindia Absolutely lazy service since ten days I requested for shifting my existing Wi-Fi to same location just next door society but they are just not listening,near Sardar Dham Vaishnodevi circle Ahmedabad 382421..Internet is essential services so do something

    @airtelindia I raised a request to cancel my connection of DTH+ Wifi as it is not available at my relocated home. Aftr 15 days & multiple cust care call i am still getting invoice. Y have u made it so difficult to opt out of your services? Unfair practices @DoT_India @JM_Scindia
