  @airtelindia is too following @nitin_gadkari's formula (Petrol+ Ethanol). They have double network for prepaid & post paid customers. Prepaid net speed is 80mbps, postpaid is 150mbps. It's like compelling people to go for Post paid.

  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi is down for the last 3 days & despite repeated complaints, there is no resolution. I moved to airtel only last month and surprised at such bad level of service, If my issue is not resolving by 12 pm today I will have no option but to surrender the connection

  @airtelindia I have recently visited your store for sim card change since my grandfather passed away and sim stopped working. I have submitted all the documents but now your team rejected by asking my great grandfather's death certificate. Please help.
