@airtelindia I live in Powai and my Airtel Internet is not working, i am paying 499 per month to not use Airtel internet, if i don't pay the bill i will be charged, but when you don't run internet then what am i supposed to charge.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Last 24 hours - app, call centre (thrice), local support guy - all have failed to install a mesh router. One agent even said “we can’t take a request on the phone, first you have to report the app’s bug and then apply on the app”. Are you kidding me?
