    (1/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to stop by at siddipet location & unfortunately faced issue with SIM. When thought to upgrade the SIM (swap) I see the worst #airtelstore here in siddipet. Only 1 employee need to serve the requests and rest all are off. Not sure whether

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #658073581 for DTV ID 3071579535 was promised resolution by 10 Aug, 6 PM. It’s 12 Aug still unresolved, no callback, response from Airtel. My senior-citizen parents have suffered for days. Resolve this or I’ll escalate to the Consumer Forum. #Airtel

    @airtelindia Finally after all the waiting,there is a conclusion. But, don't assume that @airtelindia solved the issue, I have decided to move on from them and opt another service provider, anyway it's relief for me from this incompetent and ignorant service.

    @sanjayuvacha @airtelindia Airtel is cheating consumers. Sir, as a black customer now one airtel, from the last two months I am spending lots of follow up with the customer care to get deductions in my bill that I am supposed to get because of combining services. No complain no rebate. Cheater @airtelindia

    I visited the airtel office in Sector 18, Noida.They informed me to visit a Airtel office located in Odisha. But I am staying in Noida. I can’t go Odisha now and this is very urgent to me. Please provide an alternative solution and consider this as high priority. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Poor internet speed in my area, even during normal hours; worse after 7 PM. Download: 6–7 Mbps, upload: 1–1.5 Mbps. A 200-250 MB video takes ~1 hour to upload. Despite unlimited 4G+5G, why? Please fix the network. #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @danishsaifq1 Do not take their connection, they are arrogant and they don't take customer complaints seriously. Arrogancy will end @airtelindia after they start losing customers one by one

    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Follow-up on Connection ID 012415868681_wifi: Your team called but nobody cleared the stuck order. Plan renewal is still blocked and service expires Aug 14. Clear the backend flag immediately.
