    (1/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to stop by at siddipet location & unfortunately faced issue with SIM. When thought to upgrade the SIM (swap) I see the worst #airtelstore here in siddipet. Only 1 employee need to serve the requests and rest all are off. Not sure whether

    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service.. trying to change my esim from one mobile to another but not able to do, and your store people very rude and arrogant. 121 and 198 are does not have any option talk to customer care.. Is this how you are treating your customers?

    @airtelindia cheaters. They offering refer to friend airtel dth connection and both earn ₹200/- . Now they told me not valid after 12 days. Don’t believe @airtelindia policies. Go to another service provider

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the airtel broadband , it’s was biggest mistake to take the new connection. No one is bother to revert from customer care from last two weeks. And now I do not have hope they will response .

    @airtelindia I took new Airtel broadband connection with lots of hope , however I was not aware about extremely bad service of Airtel, pathetic response from customer care. Query has not been resolved from last 15 days and they are least bother to retain the customer .
