@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelRwCares u seems to be one of the worst service provider. I am not able to activate a data pack also on my number. Sent many mails still the request is not processed. I purchased on Airtelthanks app, still from 15 days it shows as in process

Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

@airtelindia Jio network is better than airtel. I just MNP my number from Jio to airtel but very bad experience. too many call drops, sim on still no one can call me (showing switch off), on call internet not working, wifi calling not showing (in jio wifi calling and Volte option showing)

Really poor experience of using @JioCare … multiple disconnections almost after every few days. Finally decided to disconnect it permanently and get my advance payment refunded. Will switch back to @airtelindia broadband (even though I don’t have their fiber in my locality yet)
