@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop Covid 19 caution voice over for airtel outgoing calls. Vexing up for every call even in an emergency..Charge money and keep an option to deactivate it by ourselves or you do it at free of cost. Kind request (1/2)

Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio , its been 3rd day since I raised request for jio fiber connection but guess wht its still not completed...it would hv been better to opt for some other better provider like @airtelindia who does it in no time

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if my bill payment is overdue by a day your agents can call & remind but who gives them the authority to interrogate asking me the reason why payment is not done. Basic training of courtesy for your agents can go a long way in customer satisfaction.

@airtelindia Has one of the worst customer services I've experienced so far. I bought Airtel Black plan on 20th June expecting the setup would be done in one or two days. It's been 4 days since then and now they come and say that the box is totally full.
