@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

I am already under loss and i would not like to pay for the new setup box . If new setup box is the only solution then I would request the new set up box complimentary with airtel DTH free for at least 5 months as i am in loss since past 6 months @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
