Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

Especially during the daytime when we are working from home. Hours of outage is forcing us to do mobile add-on packs for the internet. Planning to switch to local service or Jio soon.

What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.
