@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@Airtel_Presence Can you please appoint the different service engineer (other than Santosh) His attitude towards customer satisfaction is very poor and he is contributing significantly to reduce Airtel customer baseI’ve escalated earlier as well seemy wall for this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
