@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop Covid 19 caution voice over for airtel outgoing calls. Vexing up for every call even in an emergency..Charge money and keep an option to deactivate it by ourselves or you do it at free of cost. Kind request (1/2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelRwCares u seems to be one of the worst service provider. I am not able to activate a data pack also on my number. Sent many mails still the request is not processed. I purchased on Airtelthanks app, still from 15 days it shows as in process

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia placed request on airtel app, fb page for new xtsream fiber bb connection 6 times in one week. No one is bothered to revert back or respond. This is the service before connection, imagine how the post service. The service is avlbl in 400081 pin code. STILL NORESPONSE

@airtelindia Changed my Plano Broadband connection in July with 12 months prepayment , plan not changed and the old bill amount is deducted from prepaid amount, called your call centre numerous times , nothing happening, it’s fraud and very bad service

So in summary: - My phone doesn't have a problem (since 4G works in roaming) - The SIM doesn't have a problem, since it works on another phone in home network. How do I debug this? @airtelindia Been over a year now. Already got a new SIM and all.

.@airtelindia I have a very strange problem that your customer support is also not able to figure out. My Airtel SIM (new) - is not able to connect to 4G in Gurgaon (home network). However, it works fine in roaming. Also, my SIM works fine in some other phone.
