@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelRwCares u seems to be one of the worst service provider. I am not able to activate a data pack also on my number. Sent many mails still the request is not processed. I purchased on Airtelthanks app, still from 15 days it shows as in process

@airtelindia I took airtel broadband with basic plan. But the connection most of the time doesn’t not work. We are paying monthly bills, but if we fail on due dates you guys are charging penalties. But what about the service most of the time it won’t work.

@airtelindia I dont know y this happen, i have recharge data pack of 19 rupees almost half hour till now can't use data pack. I think @airtelindia u should remove 19 rupee data pack plain or fix it.
