@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The problem is not only in #mumbai , #Hyderabad is also facing this issue. Bharti Airtel India loss the customers in 2019 compares to the previous year bcoz of fluctuations in network. I think this year will be loss again if issue isn't solved.

@airtelindia You can't even provide proper 4g network services and yet here you are talking about 5g. My Airtel sim and Xtreme fiber, both are having the same issue like network connectivity and low internet speed. @airtelindia your services are worst.

Hello @airtelindia , I am your very old customer, I had recharged for a year 8 to 9 months ago, after a few months your internet facility has been degradation day by day and now I am not able to use it.i have complaint continuously 3-4 times but 0 improvemet. @jagograhakjago
