we are receiving poor quality network from @airtelindia such a worst experience. We are not unable to use your network properly because of slow internet we are already raised complaint so many times but we didn't get any proper response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Very poor service from @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia in terms of customer care. They make customer run in circles if a problem arises. Hence I gonna port out from airtel my postpaid and prepaid numbers. I will also dissuade others from buying airtel services. its been agony

@airtelindia I don't know why there is 121 and 198 as customer care numbers... Please set up the IVR properly to connect with the customers. If possible, atleast try to help the customers. I am using airtel from many years and contacted many times to support but helpless🙏
