    we are receiving poor quality network from @airtelindia such a worst experience. We are not unable to use your network properly because of slow internet we are already raised complaint so many times but we didn't get any proper response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @airtelindia provides the worst service. I purchased an unlimited 4G/5G data plan for ₹400, yet the internet hasn't been working for two days. When I called customer care, they claimed usage is capped at 300GB; if I paid for an unlimited plan, why is there a 300GB limit?

    @kingtn33 @airtelindia it's very bad decision. I'm doing work from home. If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? Is there any rule that I shouldn't connect my phone with my another phone thru hotspot?

    has been no meaningful support from customer care or the Airtel Store at Sangvi. I have three Airtel connections and did not expect such poor customer service. I request immediate intervention from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence before I proceed with the NCH.

    @airtelindia why you always randomly restart the internet service at 12 am or 2 am. I am still in middle of my evening shift and client meeting got disconnected because of your internet restart.

    Had an internal assessment today and lost it within the first few minutes because of poor network connectivity. Thankfully, this won't affect my career in any significant way. But thousands of people rely on this network for exams, interviews, work, and opportunities that do matter. It can cost people opportunities. Please look into this and fix it ASAP, @airtelindia 🙏.
