    Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

    My Airtel DTH LNB is faulty, but my complaint raised 4 days ago remains unresolved.The technician quoted ₹1,500, while Airtel’s official rate card says ₹160. Calls are unanswered and visits postponed daily. Please investigate urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working on my postpaid connection, not even able to complaint. The complaint lodged 20th Aug as no updates so far. Your bot says calls 198 and there no options to connect to resolve.

    @airtelindia I contacted Airtel to get an Airtel Fiber connection and paid the required amount. However, after the payment, Airtel’s surveyor visited my location and informed me that broadband service cannot be installed at my location. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI even after the network complain remqins un reaolved after 4 years. This cheat company cant provide a stable broadband. Outage in gurgain their hq But his shameless company needs to be taught a lesson what is trai doing?
