Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

I'm from small village in Tripura, We don't get proper network,no one is taking any responsibility to put a tower in our village even though we have a school nearby @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I'm ready to offer a small part of land Village: Monai charra,khowai.

Day 26, services not fixed in Paramount, ToliChowki, Hyderabad & no effort from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to fix the same. @puriavneet ceo Airtel Telangana, does not care. It's been months since service is horrible, it's only that it's brought to your notice 26 days back.

@airtelindia do you have another app to diagnose the faulty app that diagnoses internet issues. Will that app also have technical issues. Do you have a special team to work on such novel apps meant to check malfunction that itself malfunctions
