    Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

    I'm from small village in Tripura, We don't get proper network,no one is taking any responsibility to put a tower in our village even though we have a school nearby @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I'm ready to offer a small part of land Village: Monai charra,khowai.

    @airtelindia Airtel Telecom his called a data network is 4G but Airtel Network is less than 2G...

    @airtelindia I've concern regarding internet issue raised complaint many times but no response from ur team complaint close automatically without any info to me after that ur call centre team said to me you can port ur no. to other network we are incapable to resolve this. 🙏🏻

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews when faced with resolving critical customer escalation, Airtel runs out gas & opts for delay tactics. Send customer on a spin. The customer would eventually get tired and settle for Airtel’s sub standard service levels. #AirtelZeroG

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews : Airtel is making fraud claim of Benefits when you are porting to retain customer: when customer decide to retain then they don’t abide with the promises…I would strongly recommend don’t go with Airtel …today’s incidence

    @airtelindia Your services in our area are very poor, you claim to have the fastest network in the world,at least reach 4g in every corner of India,whenever I talk to your customer care executive,It will happen,they assure that it will be fixed in 15 days,but it never gets fixed

    Dear @airtelindia can someone please explain whats happening with your sim cards? I got replacement just 20 days before and its not working again? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews and for new sim there is only option for sim lost why you don’t want to accept your poor quality sims ?
