But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

Deepak (@deekaul) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was supposed to get the delivery of Wifi UPS in 72 hours but after passing 90 hours there is no sign of delivery. Such a pathetic company with no update to customer, please return my money I will be cancelling all my connection with Airtel.
