But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

The only assurance I get is we are looking into it without any timeline. Feel it would be better to move from Airtel as we do not even where the problem is.
