    @airtelindia Airtel Telecom his called a data network is 4G but Airtel Network is less than 2G...

    Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

    I'm from small village in Tripura, We don't get proper network,no one is taking any responsibility to put a tower in our village even though we have a school nearby @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I'm ready to offer a small part of land Village: Monai charra,khowai.

    I have raised many complaints against @airtelindia for slow internet, but they never take them seriously and close the complaints without proper resolution. The government is also careless about this. #ShameOnAirtelNetService

My Airtel broadband is not working. Router showing LOS red light.
I already raised a complaint but still no response.
Please resolve this issue and send a technician urgently.
