    @airtelindia Why is shifting a broadband connection within the same city so tough for you guys? I've spent 10-15 minutes with the CC guys trying to get a resolution for the last 4 days & the net result is zero. It's just easier to move to a local ISP.

    @Airtel_Presence So no Airtel customer care number,Twitter account, technicians are interested to resolve a complaint. Looks like WFH & need of internet they couldn't learn. Now don't ask me to DM my details which i already have done. Do homework before asking again. Work on the SR @airtelindia

    Airtel Xstream not working from more than 12 hrs now. Kindly assist as this happens very frequently. This is the second time within last 7 days and it’s frustrating @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and your team takes multiple days to resolve. Kindly treat your customers for granted
