    Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

    I'm from small village in Tripura, We don't get proper network,no one is taking any responsibility to put a tower in our village even though we have a school nearby @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I'm ready to offer a small part of land Village: Monai charra,khowai.

    Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

    @AirtelXtream @airtelindia So got two calls from airtel.. 2 complaints raised by 2 different executives.. 24 hrs timeline given.. more than 24 hrs now, no resolution reached.. jus fooling continously by false promises.. @DoT_India plz take action

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is the msg I received. Is this the priority we get being a Airtel black plan customer? Service request 11036814496 has been assigned to engineer. He will contact you on 03-Aug-2026 between 03:30 PM - 04:30 PM This is ridiculous by Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Proceed with disconnection of my One Airtel Plan 10101030830907 which has 2 DTH and 1 Wi-Fi. Don't want a service provider which can't arrange a technician visit for a week to resolve a signal issue in a city like Ahmedabad. #airtelblack #airtel

    From last one months we are trying to GetOne IP TV connection from airtel. It is not happening, people use to blame government sector the private are the worst in the name of services.@airtelindia
