  Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

  @airtelindia please look into Wi-Fi connections given to my farm house. After last request it was restored for 5-7 days but again same issues. It is prepaid plan everyday cost id deducted but in last one month Wi-Fi facility is not even there for 7-10 days @MIB_India please see

  Still no response from @airtelindia or @Airtel_Presence. No call, no update, and no resolution. This clearly shows how seriously Airtel takes customer complaints. Very disappointing service in Bangalore. How many more days am I supposed to wait?

  @airtelindia @airtel My Mobile network is down from last 20 hrs no call no Internet. Neither I am able to access my Air Fiber of Airtel. Worst

  Dear @airtelindia I opt a one year int roming pack for 14999. I got an extra bill for about 5310 in my roming for calling and receiving the call from India . For this issue I called to the customer care for more than 10 times but they couldn’t resolve till now my no is 9414111

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Appellate Authority (Ref: 11034263474) also promised a 24hr fix, not honoured. I filed a formal complaint with both DoT (CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0043199) and Coimbatore Consumer Commission (Ref: 202607100464). Fix this.

  @airtelindia pathetic service and pathetic customer care executive/supervisor, complained for internet issue on 8th July (thou issue started on 6th) no1 took knos anything abt it, no1 is accountable fr nt even contacting n no1 even knos whn it ll b resolved, even after 5 days
