Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

I think @airtelindia broadband connection after services is really rubbish. They tell you lies, false promises and afterwards you just regret by their customer care service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #airtelbroadband
