Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

@airtelindia I ported in from Vodafone for better service, but I didn't expect this kind of service from Airtel. Low network and low speed internet, need to go outside to call... Pathetic, worst decision 🙏

Now I had to pay ₹850 for using 0 minute , 0 kbps and 0 sms for a month. Also to discontinue customer care requested me to visit an airtel center in the middle of the pandemic, much wow! Only after shouting at him he could come up with a solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
