  Moved from Vodafone to @airtelindia as I saw that the network in my remote area improved. But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite the payment for my WiFi being done, my connection shows temporarily suspended. No one in your customer care is courteous enough to solve the problem! One of the worst services!

  @airtelindia Disgusting support from Airtel postpaid team. I have raised a request for termination of a mobile number and cleared off all the dues however no crion taken for the same till date. I am repeated seing that bills are being generated and I am required to pay.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Airtel is not able to provide customers sevices as my broadband is down since 4-5 hrs even escalating no one responding and my official work is pending due to this, pathetic service, local ISP's service is much better than Airtel.
