But suddenly, it's been 5-6 months that the network drastically degraded. I mean forget about Internet, making calls and having a constant conversation has turned out to be difficult.

Jayant Thanvi (@jk_thanvi) reported@airtelindia Today also I called and they raised a complaint on 14:50 hrs. I was speaking to the Technical team the advisor didn't mention his name to me. I asked him to escalate the call and tranfer to some superior but he was very cunning he simply transferred me to the IVR.

I have filed complaints on 198 several times but to no avail. Every time I say, Sir, it will be fine in 4 hours. 1/2
