@ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio #Jiodown #JioFiber There is a service outage and there was no prior intimation. @airtelindia always sends an intimation when it is down. I want to surrender and the @JioCare system says - when there is an outage don't take surrender requests. Why??? #CustomerService
