@airtelindia says that @GooglePayIndia is third party vendor for them for the payments, you got do the payment via their app service's. For example if 26bill cycle i payment on 27 it reflects in their system post 3days. Kindly wave off my late payment fees. @consumerforum_

@airtelindia Today one airtel shop (Mob No: 8887521233) at Mall Road Kanpur UP for eSIM. The person who was in shop charged me 500 Rs. for SIM card (28 days 1.5GB /day, 299 plan) and eSIM charge. eSIM can be activated by customer itself. Why he has charged? Please do needful.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this issue.!1st complaint raised on 02/03/22 resolution time was 10/03/22 however the resolution has been extended to 21/03/22 what kind of customer services are being rendered please take this case on high priority.!
