These are the two problems I am facing Since 2 days 1. Not able to activate Amazon prime 2. No option available in airtel thanks to claim Shaw academy premium membership Solve these and prove that you want to achieve the goal of zero complaint from your customers @airtelindia

@JioCare @reliancejio I made a compliant SR00001FHWNW on 23rd 7.30am that my internet is not working and I got msg visit at 24th 1pm now I got msg it's rescheduled to 25th 3pm. 24hrs to resolve an issue itself is too much time and u take 48hrs which @airtelindia is doing in 4hrs

@airtelindia request 10103428499 pathetic service before this complaint it was disconnecting in between but this engineer visit n connection dead totally landline also not working also he is blackmailing for fiber which is not available in society n sector then why blackmail

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shittiest service provider of India. They are unable to resolve problem. Yesterday I logged a complaint there was server down for more than 2 hours so their people can’t install new modem and now old is also not working. #airtel
