@ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

These are the two problems I am facing Since 2 days 1. Not able to activate Amazon prime 2. No option available in airtel thanks to claim Shaw academy premium membership Solve these and prove that you want to achieve the goal of zero complaint from your customers @airtelindia

@airtelindia I registered airtel xstream fiber on date 21may2021(before 6 day) but till now I don't get any response or phone calls from the company related to installation... i can not expect such a worst service from a company like airtel but unfortunately i think i did mistake

@Airtel_Presence Hi Moit A I hope you can read and understand English. I asked for Amazon Prime Mobile Edition. How this is relevant to network? Network is age old issue in @airtelindia which I guess you can not afford to fix at present. But right my question is about activation of Amazon Prime.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was scammed into Airtel one plan promising multiple benefits, previously my overall monthly expense was ~₹1500 now the bill is ₹2300. An additional problem is I am not able to revert to my old plans. Please look into this

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews just now spoke with the customer service supervisor, and felt the worst experience as I could see his first motive was to disconnect my connection and not to lend ears for my issue.
