@airtelindia Day before yesterday my sim stopped working, I didn't have network for 24hrs. Yesterday I went to the Airtel store, they didn't give an explanation instead, and charged me ₹50 for a new sim. Now I'm getting a 5G network occasionally. Now my SMS service is blocked

@airtelindia Respected sir your router services in my town (Jangiganj,Bhadohi) Uttar Pradesh is not good. Here in my area airtel worker don't know how to manage it. Sometimes airtel broadband services gone out for more than 5 hrs , they says its company issue.

@airtelindia one of the worst service provider in the country They claim that they resolve the issues within hours but that happens only in Ads. I have been contacting the customer services since 1st of Nov, they just keep on saying “issue has been escalated please wait for 4hrs”
