@ViCustomerCare , extremely pathetic services. Harassment in name of service calls. Repeated calls from different numbers even after my request to stop calling. I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers, afraid of this being from Vi. Port out to @airtelindia @reliancejio

These are the two problems I am facing Since 2 days 1. Not able to activate Amazon prime 2. No option available in airtel thanks to claim Shaw academy premium membership Solve these and prove that you want to achieve the goal of zero complaint from your customers @airtelindia

@airtelindia am the customer of your telecommunications past around 6 years . yesterday I face some technical issues with SIM.i visit Airtel store they said you have to replace the SIM.I sadi okay.i takes 2 hours to activate. Again they changed one more SIM.

Since @ViCustomerCare has not replied with positive response, I'm bound to shift to other service provider. Either @airtelindia or @reliancejio whoever gives me better service & rates. Will port two numbers of the family.

Dear Airtel Manager, I am using airtel network but network is very poor and while voice call is not making properly thus voice is suddenly break down and sometimes I'm not able to receive the calls while incoming calls. Kindly take needful action ASAP. @airtelindia

if you want to test your patience then apply for a new connection of airtel XStream and when you didn't get the connection. it will take months to refund your money. poor service. no customer support. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint #airtelscam #airtelcares
