@TRAI No action has been taken to resolve the issue from @airtelindia complaint No RM-09-21-0003 despite sending multiple reminders. Please do the needful as it's been more than 6 month pending issue.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband not working since midnight. Complaint raised. Cust support promised technician will resolve by 11 am. Called again & now cust support says technician will come only by 2 pm. This is pathetic. U see now why u lose customers to JIO?

@airtelindia , why cut the options in data add-on? just few months before , 50 GB in 201 rs, you extended it to 50GB in 301 rs, now you cut that option and ask your users to buy 3GB for 58 rs ? with what confidence you keep on charging more and more for horrible service sir?
