    Facing call drop & very low & slow internet connection from a month in Warangal. Forget about 4g airtel doesn't even provide 3g services. FYI Warangal is ranked among top smart cities and I reside within city limits.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Is there any simple way to talk to your customer care? Calling for 121 and 198 is very confusing and no option to talk to service care person @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how many days do you take to fix internet issue? I have registered a complaint on 8th and your representative is giving me 24 hours resolution since then. My complaint no is 10088670384. I want my money refunded. I'll take new connection from @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 4 days i am waiting for a resolution on my bill dispute SR- international roaming has been levied for my travel to Ladakh. I am waiting for an answer - since when did Ladakh become an international territory and why IR has been levied?

    Hi @airtelindia I took 499 plan in Aug22 for six months due to urgent requirement I need more speed arround 200mbps. I requested CC to upgrade my plan but they were completely denied. Request to see my issue and allow to upgrade my plan from 40mbps to 200mbps.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia@JioCare Internet was not working since 19th September and at that time it is said that the validity will be extended but no one is processing it now.Strange policy, was called, the validity will be extended, not doing it now. company looting money

    Dear @airtelindia I would love to porting my airtel num to @reliancejio .Because your service are getting bullshit day by day. You are just doing advertisement that you are hearing customer’s issue but actually you are not. I raised a complaint several times but still no response
