Facing call drop & very low & slow internet connection from a month in Warangal. Forget about 4g airtel doesn't even provide 3g services. FYI Warangal is ranked among top smart cities and I reside within city limits.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @airtelnews is the worst service provider. I had a connection that they had deactivated and when I had asked them to reactivate it they are unable to do it. I am chasing to get it done from last 15 days. But everytime they say we will fix the issue in next 72 1/2

Outgoing SMS service has been stopped in Smart recharge @airtelindia for INR 45,49 & 79. U could charge 1.5 rs for a outgoing SMS as we are recharging on monthly basis. Could not understand the logic behind your tariff packages.

@airtelindia I live in Saharsa City of Bihar. In my area there is pathetic network. Call drops after 3-5 min everytime. No one is listening. Nearest tower owner told reason i.e. - "Nil battery backup,so equipment malfunctioning ". 📍 25.8819397, 86.5844543
