There was a time when I had an Airtel No. in India & it had Decent Connectivity. But from my recent frustrating experience🤕 with its fluctuating, Low to absolute NIL Service across MH & Goa.. I can jus add, @airtelindia has gone Crass from its Standard to being so Sub-standard!

And this isn't d case with just my Airtel International Sim... My entire family (who reside in India & those who have a Mumbai Local Airtel no. are all facing d Same Issue.. especially in Lonavla & here in Mahabaleshwar & Panchgani! WE ALL HAVE 0 @Airtelindia Connectivity here!

Speed of @airtelindia 4G is so pathetic in Lake Town area in Siliguri that everyone who has Airtel sim should port it to @reliancejio or other mobile network services! Extremely disappointed! Stop saying yourself the best because you aren't! Not even 100 kbps! 45-50 on average!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3. It's a serious crime that a listed company is not allowing their customers to complaint or to get feedback apart from Twitter. In this regard a copy will also be forwarded to SEBI personally for not for use feedback mechanism.

@reliancejio isn't helping me claim my damaged sim, asking aadhaar >:(. I'm outside country, and sim number is critical for bank txns. I can verify over video call @JioCare . In similar case @airtelindia was very supportive. Seems like JIO doesn't give a **** about customer care
