  @airtelindia this is to bring your notice i bought a new wifi connection yesterday but it's not working.. even i can't open the brouser easily and ur engineers told me they will sort it but didn't get any response yet..is this the service we expect..

  I’d like to suggest adding a short "validity" pack. Many users only need their number active for a few days for OTP & incoming calls especially before travel (abroad). A short validity option would be very helpful & improve customer satisfaction. @TRAI @JM_Scindia @airtelindia

  @airtel_wifi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Wifi is not working since 2 days in our area. The connection is absolutely pathetic, can’t make calls, can’t use the internet, what is the point of paying so much for such a pathetic service? Even the engineer did not come for fix
