    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your broadband services are pathetic. I raised a request yesterday and it’s not resolved yet. The engineers and service guys are so pathetic. They just make excuses. I missed important meetings on my end. You should be ashamed of your poor service.

    @airtelindia Service request : 31-4198813121469. fraudelent charges on international roaming. not getting details after 10 calls. every time have to repeat issue. No1 is looking into details.Not the 1st time, airtel has done this thrice before as well on all ISD packs. pls help

    @airtelindia Please help. I am using postpaid since 5 years and suddenly since last 3 weeks getting edge network internet everywhere. And I call to your customer care and resolution date as 8 days with no resolution and today I got sim failure. Facing issue for transactions 😢
