@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today i went to my nearest airtel shop to upgrade my sim from 3G to 4G. And during the processing the attendant ask me Rs. 25/- as an upgradation charge. I called the customer care and they told me that this service is free of cost. (5/1)

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm facing continuous disconnection from Airtel Xstream in the morning hours & there's no connection at all from 5 pm to 5 am in the morning. Pls look into this matter as soon as possible & fix it without any delay.
