    @airtelindia I want to update my email address to get ESIM I called 121 many times but I don't get option to update email or connect with customer executive, what should I do, can't wait for long, let me know if you don't support ESIM or process for it is not easy.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia with outdated plans of 40mbps speed(other vendors offer upto 300 mbps) and a pathetic technical service department, I wonder how will airtel even compete in this market.
