    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Last week changed prepaid to postpaid for internet connection, but now am getting very poor network due to that not able to continue WFH. Planned to move from airtel, since am using airtel from last 15 years

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service. Request ID: 10906506564 5 days delay in broadband shifting, no resolution, no accountability—just false 24hr promises. And billing continues without service. Escalating this. Resolve ASAP, or I'll take it further.

    @airtelindia For last 2 days Airtel customer care team is rescheduling the technician visit without ensuring someone actually visiting gor fault wifi connectivity. Had it been the case of I delay the payment you guys would have disconnected immediately but customer keeps chasing
