    @DoT_India @airtelindia I was in Dubai on 15 May, between 6pm to 16 May 3am (9 hrs). I bought a 1 day pack from airtel. They have charged me for 2 days because the day crossed over to the 16th. I never approved the purchase for the next day and I was in Dubai for less than 9 hrs.

    For postpaid, dial 139 to speak for disabling services in case of lost phone/SIM. @airtelindia , please update the same in Thanks App. It is just pathetic to say dial 121 and customers are struggling to talk to customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence Still not problem solved we have asked multiple ways on 121 call, On email, your engg. SARVESH on social media. you guys are making fool on all the network and got expertise on that. We are asking the help but didn't receive any email, phone and message from anyone @airtelindia
