    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for a 300 Mbps plan from Airtel and barely crossing 200 Mbps. Frequent outages. WiFi stops working every other day for hours. Technician comes and reset the network “by mistake”, had to reconnect all devices and still the speed sucks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this why your losing your customers resolution time is 24hrs where jio provided with 1 to 2 hrs for simple issue also you are taking too long. Very bad at service. My wifi is coming up and down

    @airtelindia My son being minor was using mobile with sim in my name. Today I tried to transfer that sim/mobile number in his name. Request was rejected by local service centre. I remember earlier sim/number transfer between close relatives was permitted.
