    Still no1 has come to resolve the problem on our airtel broadband 08214255843. It's been 5 days. If u can't resolve the issue kinldy take deactivate account IMMEDIATELY. Worst service pls change ur handles Airtel DONT care @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @BandBajaateRaho

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is not about the payment, when a request to close a connection is made, airtel pushes customer to pause it or transfer it, promising nothing will be charged. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay

    The internet connection is disrupted from past 3 days. First, you cant complaint on any medium CustCare, App, etc. Called the engineer -calls r disconnected. ZERO assistance. Want to disconnect and regret connection. Dahisar W Area, Mum. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @airtelnews hey listen my WiFi outage has lasted for more than 7 days and yet your customer care executive asked me to recharge. And the issue has not been resolved still. If you can't provide service let me know and return my money and take away your connection.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. I called customer care, they assured resolution within 4 hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. How am I supposed to do WFH in Mumbai’s heavy rains without internet?
