@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is gone from good to pathetic on the western railway line!! It took me 3 stations to just post this tweet that's like 15-20 mins to just get proper usable internet!! I'd better switch to Jio I guess! (And this is how you'll lose market)

@airtelindia Once in 3 months, making payment through your systems dont work. And then when it is reported to your team, instead of looking into it they share the other channels as if I wouldnt know them. Can u be more receptive to issues and resolve them rather than giving gyan

Continued @airtelindia My broadband service is not working from yesterday, but no one from the service team really cared about it. Now realising should have opted for some other broadband service provider. Hope will get some resolution asap.
