Only @airtelindia can do this. They would ring you and if you by mistake pick it up, immediately you would be put on hold. Mind it, its not YOU calling and getting on hold. Its them calling YOU and starting the infinite jingle. #airtel #fail

@airtelindia Just a waste of time with those customer care associates. Not received a solution for our problem. # taken Airtel Xtreme Black plan but they never kept their commitments. Not able access Nay OTT Channels, Prime and Disney hotstar. But without resolving our problem closed.

@Airtel_Presence I have shared the details, no one approched yet, more than 24 hrs without internet in the centre of cyber hub gurugram. I dont understand what kind of a service you provide. And when i ask for refund you deny, then atleast provide the service man. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
