If this don't get resolved in next 2 hours than I am sorry to say that I will no more be using Airtel Xstream Fiber

    @Capt_Armstrong @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal It's gone from bad to worse, and then from worse to worst. Sadly, it's the same story with all networks in India. Cheap rate comes with cheap quality services. If you happen to go to their so called 'airtel stores' you will see each one behave as if he or she is Sunil Mittal.

    @majorgauravarya @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They have started this hoax of zero pending complaints without apparently putting in a system of auditing and identifying fake closures. A simple OTP closure system by the customer can solve this problem.

    @airtelindia the lead time to speak to service executive through 121 is between 3 mins to 3.25 mins. That's quite an awful lead time for a customer who is facing problems with Internet service.
