    @airtelindia I have checked the status of my order, and it has been cancelled by your team without giving any justified reason. I fail to understand that when a house adjacent to my building has fiber connection how come a fresh fiber connection in my home is not feasible.

    @AirtelIndia your roaming helpdesk closed my ticket without resolving it. I can receive SMS/calls on my Indian number from Israel, but WhatsApp shortcode OTP is blocked, a carrier-level backend issue, not a handset issue. Need escalation to your network team. #AirtelRoaming

This is how MNC having monopoly trt cstmr. i have dne mre thn 10 to 15 call for my issue to resolve Including from technical staff to customer spprt all are same

    @airtelindia Earlier we were not facing the network issue but now we all are fed up with this network. If this problem continues then we have to switch over to any other user. I am mentioning few more Airtel subscribers who are facing the same problem. 7310713545, 9651038266

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 28 May 26 at about 1810hrs raised Service complaint regarding bill waiver through 121 even after telling customer support to raise billing related complaint for billing issue agent didn’t even raised complaint. What is the purpose of support 👎🏻
