    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence congratulations that my broadband is not working again. Airtel talks about 5G & not able to provide basic internet services. Kudos. The service engineer makes a mockery of clients.

    @airtelindia you guys post of world class service but on ground service is pathetic. Xtream fiber is not working for last 5 days. No action on complaint, engineer not picking up phone and customer care is basically a robot, giving same standard reply. Planning to switch to Jio.

    Despite having the connection not been able to use for past many years or used just on and off. While @reliancejio never had an issue. In e quit if at least 11 of my other friends also fed up with the @airtelindia services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Request to address this problem. Last One year I don’t receive a bill. The email address is incorrect. When I request them online, When i request at Store (Pincode 411017) they don’t do it. Complex procedure. Kindly assist.
