@airtelindia We have been trying to port our network to Vodafone as they are offering a better deal, unfortunately, we are not able to. I’m not receiving any messages in return and now I’m not receiving incoming calls as well. Please look into the issue to resolve.

@airtelindia #worstnetwork You guys claim resolve all your customer complaints but on the other hand, so called airtel thanks app has no provision to raise a complaint for the broadband section. Your network has been down for more than 24hrs in Nagpur, but I see no ETA on the fix

@airtelindia From yesterday night B001 issue is popping up, un plugged the cable connection and plugged it back, restarted the set up box still it's not working. Wen I was trying to troubleshoot through the airtel app it says we need to pay 150 for technician visit ? Why to pay ?
