    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care service is worst. I am facing connectivity issue in broadband connection and I want to talk to you customer care executive but I am not able to contact because I am jio user. And your app customer support is totally waste.

    @airtelindia your services suck. In midst of Chennai, the phone keeps buffering, FB, Hotstar, take any app!! It is stuck! Is this the quality of your service in metropolitan like Chennai!! Really disgusting and shameful after hiking tariffs! Only goal is to fill coffers, it seems

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The new SIM was provided by Airtel Store executive and he mentioned that I will get a call for varification and then my new SIM will get activated, but seems no process will happen as I am now not getting network on any of the SIM.
