No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

Is there any process/file which is not transferred to VI while porting which is causing this issue?

It has been 15 days & no resolution but now net is disconnected.
