@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

Pathetic customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On phone customer care told me ownership and prepaid to postpaid transfer can be done. But store manager Neha Illyas,Kamla Nagar Delhi) tells me to first convert number to postpaid and then come after 1 month for ownership
