@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Utterly disappointed by your service. You unbundle my airtel black plan....assure me of disconnecting the connection that I do not require....but you rebundle it back to the same old plan... And your customer care puppets are totally useless.

@airtelindia I am amazed as your service engineers failed to install broadband connection in 14 days in Pune like city. Ticket no is 21-38083392410. I already paid charges now I suggest me weather i cancel or your service engineers will do installation.
