    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Okay so it's been a while now and Airtel has always disappoint us with network.Whole day I need to call the customer care for the proper network,it keeps fluctuating,no one can complain else they would have fill boxes with it.

    I ported from vodafone to @Airtel_Presence , with a first time recharge of 497 , sim was delivered at my doorstep but now it says you dont have sufficient balance to make a call . @airtelindia please help

    @airtelindia What does a person with no mobile network do to access your customer care? Because, obviously, I can't send an SMS to your glorified 121 without mobile network. I can't believe the lead time to activate a SIM in this day and age is still 4 hours.
