@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

@airtelindia I have raised request for mesh router on 15th of this month. I called call center 5 times, still issue is not resolved. When I contact technician, they say that they are not able to see order and payment details. But call center tell me that order is booked.

I have an airtel broadband connection (08049783326). I raised a ticket on 13th July which was not attended for 2 days then was closed without proper fix on 17th July at 07:22 PM. Again I had raised the ticket on 18th July and is still open. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
