    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    Not resolved then status shows 48 hr. Till today no response and this is really pathetic and ignorance of customer ,i really not expected such after paying such a high amount for airtel fiber. @airtelindia

    @AirtelXtream @airtelindia @TRAI even after continuous calls and commitment by customer care, no one has communicated or visited after installation of firbernet. Worst experience with them, only will follow till the receipt of payment. Later will not even pick calls.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we are actually fed up of your lame responses and zero resolution. Customer since 2 years but now it's not worth it. Recently recharged for 6 months. What is the process to apply for refund due to no resolution on your end and poor customer servic. Please reply asap
