@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

Hi @airtelindia why occasionally does ur net suddenly starts "snoozing" at night. ? This is the third time in a week I'm facing this 'net blackout', post midnight, inspite of having a postpaid connection. Looks like the company is saving money by switching off data. @DoT_India

@airtelindia Bad experience. Switched to Airtel Black Postpaid (9799918797) and fraudulent fees like ISD call charges being added to bill. Customer care is no help. Using this Airtel number since 12 years. Prepaid was better.
