    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

    @airtelindia 4G network is not manageable by you and you are talking about 5G. Pathetic network connectivity in major areas in #Pune Inspite of several complaints from last 2 years, nothing has been done to improve 4G tower infra / network in areas near #PuneAirport and Mundhwa Road

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the reason for sim card getting invalid while in a call. Sim condition is perfect,no scratches yet from 2years. Do u think we get new sim with ₹120 ? Is that looking good to keep using same network? Shall we say this as business tactics?

    @airtelindia All save yourself from getting into their trap. You will get is extra charges added every month; and if u complain it will be removed thar month and again get added next month. The customer service manipulate people where one person says something and the next moment they deny.
