@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm trying to reach you guys on the fastag blacklist for over 48 hours now . No one seems to do anything . This is terrible service . Call 400 to raise complaint , and there isn't even an option for fastag.I still have tried all combinations .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop providing the broadband connection if u cannot provide the proper service. I am really fedup with the poor connection, cutomer care not able to sort my issue, local service providers not even picking the calls. So better stop cheating...

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst response from airtel while on call customer executive using the word - "threatening airtel telling we can see legally". It is not an correct word while talking to customer . Will face legally to any extent on my issue .

2 days, No broadband, internet down. @Airtel_Presence service is not helping much. The folks work on ground do not turn up on time, disconnect calls. It's a treasure hunt to talk to customer care after raising a complaint. I'm truly paying for it @airtelindia
