Very disappointed with @airtelindia service. Applied for Airtel Broadband, paid the amount after being contacted by a sales pereon Siva, received installation confirmation SMS but no one has visited yet. Every day I was told “installation will happen today” Saturday, Sunday, Monday but nothing happened. Now he is not responding to calls or messages.
