@exploreIMC @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have takrn a connection of airtel and they told will be installed in 72 hours and finally after long wait the day came after 10 days when they installed.Later after the connection was not working and after raising complain no one visted and close ticket without customer concern

@airtelindia Ppl like Mr Prashant (customer care executive) would have been employee of the month, as he is lethal. He simply said, Airtel can do anything. Even though is no end date but Airtel will do whatever they like. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Like Airtel penalise customer for delayed payments, Airtel should also be penalized for giving false commitments & promises. Mr Prashant confirmed that though benefits are promised, but Airtel can change them any time. @Airtel_Presence

I have been complaining about network specially internet speed in our area from last year but there is no one from @airtelindia to resolve.... Such a shame, how you claim your self best 4G network @airtelindia.

@airtelindia Fraud Fraud Fraud is the key mantra for Airtel these days. Beware new subscribers. Get everything done on Legal papers, else be ready for steady shock. Then ppl like Mr Prashant will come & say Airtel can do anything. Sadly at that time, as customer u wont have much option
