Absolutely degraded services by @airtelindia complaint raised for recurring issue of DTH signal lost. Escalation team disconnects the call without listening and resolves complaint. Called customer care to lodge complaint against that person, he also disconnected. Kudos way to go

@GoaElectricity State with highest per capita income and yet so many power cuts! Curious how locals are able to operate with such disruptions. Moral - Goa is a place to relax and have a feel of 90s with power cuts, bad roads and lack of network connectivity (@airtelindia)
