    @airtelindia bullshit service. Almost wasted 15 mins of Sunday time. No one in your callcentre picked phone. Airtel TV id 3008738297. Connection 004. It says it's not your viewer card. Call immediately

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel Sim since 2012 or maybe 2013 but this is first time since i am facing network and internet issues for so long i tried to connect with customer care also but they didn't respond please help me out or i have to port my SIM

    I have accidentally recharged a wrong number on 8th February 2023 from Google pay. I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of the same. Tried calling your customer care but unfortunately didn't get any help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia i have been raising complaints in customer care regd unbundling my number from the infinity plan since 7 days and still it is not resolved. They are making me follow up every day and visting showroom everyday.This is the worst service i have ever received from airtel

    @TRAI An open alert to all to all @airtelindia post paid users travelling abroad. Even if by chance your data is on when you switch on the phone or change it from airplane mode as soon as you get the welcome to xyz country message from @airtelindia and the local provider details the next message was that since I did not have a international roaming pack on and had reached the daily limit of non roaming pack use they had activated a pack of ₹824 and odd paise. After communicating with different names the standard reply was “we are looking into the matter and will get back to you”. Nearly a month now and now I have received the bill with the ₹824 showing as outstanding dues. Frankly with the attitude of the operators and the reluctance of authorities to take any action am not very hopeful of any kind of resolution.

    @TRAI , I have paid money to @airtelindia for a upgrade in connection and almost 5 days over and they not able to send the technician, daily on customer care they give fake promises? Can you help in this. I have all call recording of @Airtel_Presence .

    @airtelindia even after more than 24 hrs, I haven’t received any resolution for simple problem and no update on those service request raised.. such carelessness. They are not understanding that the issue is causing big problem #India

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have multiple broadband connections , issues i'm facing. - Airfiber Home - Plan Bought 100mbps speed 1-5 mbps Downgraded to 40mbps speed 1-2 mbps. - I keep getting payment reminder calls for paid subscriptions. - Current balance -13000

    I request @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence to reopen this complaint and provide a fair resolution. Failing which, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer and telecommunications grievance redressal mechanisms available under law. (7/7)
