    @ISHWARANSHUMAN @JioCare @airtelindia Don't know what to say.. their customer care has no knowledge about 5g.. I tried to port out from jio.. executive called me and told me that with iphone I can use jio 5g for free as my area is covered by 5g network.. they will give a update with in 24hrs.

    It’s been more than 30 hours now and our @airtelindia xstream WiFi is still down. Haven’t seen a more clueless bunch of operatives my whole life! No concrete updates and no regard to customer urgency! Not a single exec has been able to explain us properly about what’s going on!

    But until last month, it was not resolved. From January to March, more than 25 complaints about the same issue was given. The local area technicians told me in February that it was a marine cable issue. @airtelindia @airtelnews
