So finally made a wise decision by parting ways from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so called black plan. The very 1st thing they promise you in black plan is prioritised query resolution. It's a big joke. My query was with them for more than 4 months... N u knw the rest story

Very frustrated by the rude behaviour of Airtel towards their customers. It's been four days of my broadband connection to be broken. After raising complaint about this , the customer care person just call each day for the status and do nothing.@TRAI @airtelindia
