    @airtelindia I am using broadband service in Chandigarh and it is down from past 4+days. An auto service request is generated without any reason of down and got another message about it will down till 18th dec means 11 days in a row. Wah. Half the month it will down.

    Cancelled the MNP request as @ViBusinessIndia took so long to deliver my new sim on time. Although @airtelindia services were scarce at my new place, their customer service is not this bad. My previous airtel MNP took hardly a day and the ease of transfer to airtel was easy.

    @airtelindia I have booked for airtel fiber at patna ...for that I have paid 4000/-..your representative was suppose to come yesterday itself at around 6 pm..till date nobody has come..no one is there to assist me in your customer care..is it a spam or to rob the money of public
