    @airtelindia hi, I'm Nanda Gopal Das, my Airtel 4G no. is 8670770770, I am using Asus zenfone max z010d for years, as per your suggestion I have tried to enable volte several times but failed. If I put a jio sim in slot instead of Airtel Sim it shows volte automatically. Pl. Help

    @airtelindia The network is horrible in my area. Even phone calls are not audible properly , forget about internet. Complaints from the app doesn't work.

    Feels like you don't care about existing customers anymore. No response whatsoever, only a complaint number that can't be tracked, customer care number where live agent can't be reached. I think it is time to port to different service provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Wonder what is this scam being run by @airtelindia alongside @ZEE5India . Despite paying for Unite8 Sports channel, the same is not being made available for viewing. Moreover, @airtelindia app is so ****** that you can't even raise a complaint against the same.

    are telling that dth boxes are out of stock,needs to wait for another few weeks to activate We have choosen airtel for its service & trust but wifi also interrupting suddenly & its been painful slow process to activate wifi & dth Pls rectify asap @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Using for 15 years (postpaid last 5). Facing persistent network issues at one location, complained multiple times with NO resolution.This is my final attempt before I switch to @JioCare.Need a genuine solution,not just apologies. #AirtelNetworkIssue #CustomerService
