    @airtelindia The network is horrible in my area. Even phone calls are not audible properly , forget about internet. Complaints from the app doesn't work.

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid ₹400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable

    It's already been 3 days and Airtel hasn't activated the connection. The most unfortunate thing is that the team is also not picking up the call and is unable to answer on status. Such a pathetic service, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy 😡
