    @airtelindia Our office Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days, despite repeated calls to customer care. Service Request 11036968582 was raised on 4 Aug 2026, with a promised resolution by 4 Aug, 6:31 PM.

    Airtel’s customer service is terrible and its internet service is worse. I switched from Jio for better 5G, but Airtel’s unlimited 5G still doesn’t work despite multiple complaints. With 61 days left, I’m switching back to Jio. Extremely disappointed. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 5 years of loyalty, 300 Mbps plan, yet my Wi-Fi keeps dropping & speeds fall drastically due to the router. Multiple replacement requests REJECTED—even when I offered to PAY for an upgrade. Is this how Airtel treats loyal customers? Need urgent resolution. #Airtel

    @airtelindia i have recharged my number today morning and upto now i am unable to make calls and use internet services. I visited airtel store they are also helpless . Such a worst telecom network service. It is showing successful recharge but unable to use how bad .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your broadband service is becoming extremely unreliable. The Wi-Fi connection goes down 3–4 times every month, often for nearly 24 hours. Today again, the connection is not working.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The problem still persist, apps on phone become completely blank.However, as I switch to Mobiledata, apps works as expected.I think it needs deeper evaluation of issues.This just doesn't pertains to speed etc only, there could b many oth aspects too

    @airtelindia Poor internet speed in my area, even during normal hours; worse after 7 PM. Download: 6–7 Mbps, upload: 1–1.5 Mbps. A 200-250 MB video takes ~1 hour to upload. Despite unlimited 4G+5G, why? Please fix the network. #Airtel
