    @airtelindia Very poor service. So many times Complained about exreamfiber network issue, but still problem is not resolved. Complain still pending.

    A neighbour managed to get hold of a worker who was actually working on dismantling the tower to even find out that the tower was the problem. Otherwise, all we got to know from @airtelindia customer care was "We are working on it. You'll get an update on Jan 11th."

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you trap ur customers n then provide pathetic service. Got airtel Xtreme as add on to my existing postpaid connection on 1st Jan. The activation is still pending. Is Xtreme box just a showpiece?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ur network at chengalpat (tamilnadu)railway station is very poor. Sometim v r even unable to make calls. Complaints made several times but no improvement. Again don't ask my number for resolution. Its whole network issue. Make survey and solve immed

    The absolutely opaque way in which @airtelindia works won't allow customer care executives to give us any real info on the progress on the work, nor will it allow them to give us numbers of people who actually know what's going on. If it were up to them we wouldn't know anything.

    We made the first complaint on Dec 26th. @airtelindia told us to wait for an update till Jan 11th. Straight off the bat they asked for 15 whole days to even give us an update! We made multiple complaints and said this was unacceptable, but still no update.
