    I tried tones of time ,to connect with customer exicutive but also they just told that press no,s I tried two times to recharge of 128 rupees on my number ,balance was deducted my my account but recharge was not successful ,I just so frustrated, pls @airtelindia do something

    Pathetic customer Care @airtelindia. I am a platinum + BLACK customer. Requested for a small issue regarding my DTH connection but nothing has been done even after complaining thrice in last 5 days. Help line keeps us on hold forever. DTH a/c - 3022887990. Plz sort this asap.

    @airtelindia issue still persists after 4 days without connectivity. I have already shared the address and PIN in the DM and your team has not provided any solution Instead they keep telling me to check my phone setting when issue is with tower .Please get the tower checked ASAP
