  Adding Airtel sham services ,post visiting store they can still fix back update in there cheapest crm software they are using . All i get hear bull from @airtelindia we working since 28th April , they messed by unbundling blacknaccount and now they can't get it back

  @airtelindia Pathetic customer care and service and no resolution of my problem even after 7 days in Kaggadasapura Bengaluru. Wasted my precious hours of time calling your customer care service daily no use. Thanks for making me understand, will be switching to other wifi.

  @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.
