    Despite multiple store visits and customer care calls, no proper support has been provided. Today again, extra charges were added without any valid reason Requesting @airtelindia to immediately resolve the issue, refund the unnecessary charges, and provide proper customer support

    Dear @airtelindia, network quality and internet service at Exhibition Road, Patna, is extremely poor. Everyone in our office premises is facing constant call drops, weak signals, and unusable internet connectivity. Complaints have been registered multiple times but not resolved.

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence Despite paying ₹1500 on 24 May for Airtel Fiber, the connection is still not installed. I complained yesterday on X and also on 121, yet no resolution or update. Extremely poor service. Kindly resolve this issue immediately or refund the amount.
