    @airtelindia it’s highly disappointed with your service. Your service provider Mr Ved in Delhi assured to provide broadband connection in newly build GPRA type houses in Sarojini nagar and had all formality done including payment of fee. However installation team refused.

    @airtelindia team my issue is still not resolved regarding Airtel D2h . The engineer is demanding INR 150 for which a complaint is already made. But not yet resolved. Please resolve the query on priority

    @airtelindia kya hi ghatiya wifi service hai aapki. Mobile data 4G pe better speed and reliability deta ho to kya matlb wifi plan ka! Plus no customer service help from application and on call. Do better!

    @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

    Before buying a broadband connection, ask one question: "Who do I contact when it stops working?" Because that's when the real customer experience begins. 3 days and counting no fix on wifi and just fake words tomorrow they will do it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Amravati

    @airtelindia despite being an airtel priority customer, there is an internet outage once every 2 weeks and it takes several days to get it fixed, whats the point of being a priority customer if no benefit is provided in terms of complaint resolution and uninterrupted internet

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
