I did 28 days recharge of 239 today, But I have been given 1GB per day for 23 days, Nothing is happening even after updating the application । How will it happen if you harass your customer like this? I can go to Jio and file FIR against you @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been airtel customer for than 8 yrs, and never faced any issue. Now I applied for the esim. My sim is not working and I didn’t received QR code for the esim. I complain this to airtel customer care, and they replied we can’t do anything in this.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Everytime I raise a complaint, I have to follow up at least 50 times and 2-3 days with whom the issue is assigned to. I am fed up now. Pathetic service guys. Same is happening today. I need to get my broadband fixed ASAP please.
