    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As per my bill plan fastlabe service is showing active on my number but not displaying on the handset . Earlier it use to show Airtel Fastlane but now only airtel shows in the handset . Kindly clarify the same .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When you take 24 hours just to send a automated response, it shows your approach to customer's problem and how much you care. My home broadband still not working after a week of complaint. Very Bad service Airtel.

    I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Sparshmahajan7 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel cares pl resolve my complaint pending since 14th June for DTH. I am postpaid customer with Airtel Black of UP west circle in Greater Noida. No TV channels recd. Call center 121 not able to resolve. Complaint no 656947079.
