I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.

You charge late fee for payment but I’m not able to use my outgoing calls for 5 days. How will you compensate for that?

Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.

Was resolved once after an engineer visit yesterday, again got down today. Taking money and cheating customers. Planning to shift to better alternatives.
