Do not ever request FastTag through @airtelindia . They wont even deliver it in 3 months and all customer care representatives will have no solution. They wont even entertain refund request even though you dont receive the Fasttag.

@airtelindia Despite of debiting amount from my bank account through Airtel thanks app. It's been 3 days i didn't get my recharge done. Calling 121 for n number of times and couldn't reach your representative to extend my issue. Expecting your response at the earliest.
