    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service I could find from your end. Placed an order for DTH 48 hours ago and am yet to receive a response from your end. You claim installation will be done in 4 to 24 hours but the reality is worse. #CustomerPain.

    @airtelindia I brought WiFi hotspot 3 days before 9940083235 which network speed is almost nil in tagged location. Sales person is not responding. CC office informed to contact sales person and not other remedies. Look in to it ASAP.

The thing is they just don't care because its not their problem. And for me I paid them extra money more than the due but still they screwed my vacation.
