    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wish to to MNP from vodafone to Airtel, but staffs who been at airtel store denied the request when I said I want prepaid connection. Is this how you treat customers coming from other operator? I need justification.

    @airtelindia i am currently facing terrible data quality in my location. Data speeds during day time are around 0.01 mbps to 1.1mbps, even streaming 480p videos is impossible. Please improve data quality in my location as there are many airtel users. Poonamallee chennai-600056

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a problem on activating #facetime in iPhone? I tried 5 times and each time Rs5 lost and total of 25 gone. 😕 bad experience and still activation was unsuccessful. Can we anyone checked please.

    Worst network i had ever seen. Not Resolving a minor Complaints just need to Register my number on VOLTE. Already i raised a complaints 3 times but they can't Resolve that. 7904094664 Now I'm worrying that why i should changed my number from jio to Airtel. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia "Your Sim Change request for mobile number: 98******** is submitted. Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/- as his service charge for SIM change" Then y they charged Rs100/- ? Even I complaint this issue earlier too, but u hadn't take any action.

    @airtelindia Very bad experience from morning I am not able to call neither my Internet is working I raised a complaint. It will be more than 12 hours it’s not working and this is specific to location where I live it was working when I visited the gallery.
