    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

    @airtelindia Part 3: Rightfully if you cannot provide a proper solution refund what I paid as recharge .Only thing your fast at is sending 50% & 90% data is consumed

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    Booked Airtel Black and even received booking confirmation. After 4-5 days, suddenly got a message saying “your order has been cancelled as per your request,” whereas I never requested any cancellation . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel is providing resolution date as 13 June 2026 for complaint registered today for outage of internet/broadband service. Do airtel needs 15 days to resolve complaints. It's very socking!! @AshwiniVaishnaw @airtelindia
