Converted my Airtel postpaid to prepaid and not able to recharge,money got debited with unsuccessful recharge message. Customer service accepted the issue and very cool. No incoming services util it gets solved.@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia No more India's leading network

@airtelindia The Customer Service of @airtelindia is so annoying. The automated voice keep on saying we are ready to hear your problem but there is no option of connecting to real customer executive for presenting your issues infact I didn't find any mail id where I can put my grievances
