My #Honor5X is not latching with #Airtel for past 5 days... Confirmed with Honor service centre that phone is good. My new Airtel sim is not having issues with other phones too

Asking me to change sim, change mobile.... Just understand that each and every Airtel SIM didn't work with Honor5X. And each and every other network sim is working with it.

Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)
