@airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

Horrible service by @airtelindia. We raised a relocation request for dth and broadband connection several days before shifting to new residence is same area. While the dth service was provided on time , they have still not assigned any technician for broadband after 10 days.
