    @airtelindia i have 2 airtel DTH connection, one in Greater Noida and other one in Chennai with my daughter.the remote provided by Airtel is of worst quality at both the locations and Your organization doesn't give guarentee even for a day. Ensure good quality. ABLal, 9650992726

    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service, even after multiple complaints without resolving the issue everytime close the ticket has issue resolved. Be aware before taking up new connections @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @raghumedicon @airtelindia Same problem with me. Have complained almost 2 years back and not a single thing has been done by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I don’t think they care to correct. Not providing a solution for 2 years just shows their incompetence.

    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence being a Postpaid Premium Customer as you call and Rs.50 waive off for billing discrepancy takes more number of days. I opted for ebill and still charged for paper bill costs Rs.50 @TRAI @ConnectCOAI @VittalGopal kindly investigate.

    @JioCare This has been rediculous I would surrender new one move on to @HathwayBrdband I would suggest others too. That's your standard of service so bad. Can't even solve such a simple one @reliancejio @JioFanClub @JioChat @rsprasad @airtelindia service was way better

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to share my experience with people here so that airtel can't make fool of anymore of us. I have subscribed for Xstream fiber of 100mbps pack 05-08-2021. Since from that day, I never got 100 mbps speed (Not even got 50mbps).

    @airtelindia And today is sunday, i checked my complaint status and found it is resolved. When i checked my plan details no plan is found on a que and after a lot of enquiry i got to know one number which is added in my my airtel app but that number is not using anyone else was

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband is again not working and I am unable to raise a service request through my airtel app this time. Please raise a SR and also resolve this issue once and for all. If every month I am facing 10 days of downtime, why should I continue with Airtel Broadband ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again internet is not working complaining about it is not helping as the problem is just not getting resolved i think airtel is not able to provide services in gurgaon they are like cable operators who just cant provide any services

    @airtelindia Sothat when prevous complaint resolved recharge will be on a que. And i would able to avail the facillity of both recharges. So i did the same thing. Because of my busy schedule i was unable to check the status on 6th aug.
