    I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    @airtelindia i registered my complaint on broadband issue on yesterday night but internet service stop on yesterday noon.still any no response on your technical team. My internet is still not working and I am so frustrated with the services of Airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, when m calling customer care, it’s bcoz I want to talk to someone who could solve my problem. It’s impossible to find the option which can direct me to a customer case representative. Full of unnecessary info rather than actual problem solving.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I asked airtel to terminate my airtel broadband connection. Customer care guy told me keep it in safe custody and it will be not charged. Still Airtel sending me bill every month. Pathetic.
