I have repeatedly complained about frequent disconnections and raised multiple service requests, but no technician has visited my home. Despite this, I keep receiving messages saying the issue has been resolved. I even lodged a complaint at the nearest Airtel Gallery and they mailed on my behalf, but still no visit and another false "problem solved" message. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service. Please resolve this urgently.
