    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

    @SonalSh26771303 @airtelindia Same issue for me too .. No proper network coverage,call drops , data disconnects ,fake promises .. Complaint done 1.5 years back , still not resolved .. In India service providers will ask what is customer service .. Fate

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @TRAI You people have messed up the DTH sector. I was paying ₹201/- per month. Now I need to pay more than ₹450/- for viewing same channels. My @airtelindia DTH service provider is charging ₹170/- as NCF.

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    @Airtel_Presence I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 6 May 2026 (Order ID: 21-167403585752). Installation was later scheduled for 13 May, but even after 9 days it has still not been completed. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia
