    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @airtelindia Please lower the recharge plan costs, 239 for 28days? why are you adding that hello tune, amazon prime with the voucher, we need plain recharge for a month, i am seeing plans coz airtel broadband is down and outage was the reason, fixing time is increasing regularly.
