There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia My broadband connection stops working in 2 -3 days and when complaint about it then it takes about 1 day to be resolved so I want the compensation for those days which were unused why should I pay the whole amount of 30 days when I'm using it for only 25 days .

@airtelindia I had raised a complaint today for my wifi fixing issue was wire breakeage. After the complaint the engineer called but never showed up later and himself clised my complaint and marked it as resolved.IWOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO WHY WOULD AIRTEL DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMER?

@wankhedeprafull @airtelindia I had this issue with Vodafone till 2018 reported at least 5 time and 2 sim and phone change but no help.. it created lots of issues when i was working as freelancer… switching to Airtel has been good in my case, escalate to your region.. hopefully it will save you from hassle
