    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia : Incoming & Outgoing Service issue for the past 4 days with my prepaid number. Cmplt raised online on 7th Nov & status shows - will be resolved by 17th Nov. With nearby Airtel store, SIM changed - Still same prblm. Customer care is not rchbl either thru 121 or 198.
