    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done recharge for Rs 209 via Google Pay. But still I haven't got recharge confirmation from your end.Even I tried to reach Customer Support but automatically it is getting disconnected because not recharging my pack.I have mobile bal for Rs 14

    @SonalSh26771303 @airtelindia Same issue for me too .. No proper network coverage,call drops , data disconnects ,fake promises .. Complaint done 1.5 years back , still not resolved .. In India service providers will ask what is customer service .. Fate

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    Sheer stupidity of @airtelindia, I put in the request to close my fiber connection and the process started. Now i am receiving multiple calls from them and as sson as I pick the call i am put on hold for 4 minutes straight after which I disconnected the call. What kind of support are they running here. #airtel

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia
