    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @airtelindia At this modern times and Airtel open network, I’m still seeing signal issues at my village margopalli, Chitvel, Kadapa district, Andhrapradesh. People are struggling to get even 3G signal to speak let alone data. I have complained about it 2 years back but no luck.
