Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

@airtelindia There is no other network like airtel. I think I have been using airtel network for a long time but nothing is working. Only money is going. When I complain, they don't listen to any complaint. They are doing whatever they want. They are imposing their monopoly on me.
