    @airtelindia i am currently facing terrible data quality in my location. Data speeds during day time are around 0.01 mbps to 1.1mbps, even streaming 480p videos is impossible. Please improve data quality in my location as there are many airtel users. Poonamallee chennai-600056

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a problem on activating #facetime in iPhone? I tried 5 times and each time Rs5 lost and total of 25 gone. 😕 bad experience and still activation was unsuccessful. Can we anyone checked please.

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    Hey stupid @airtelindia, don't u have any sense. Will u be like me for 12 days without calls or SMS. What your worthless backend team doing these 12 days. If u can't solve the problem give me portability number. Even your stupid nodal officer number- chennai is not reachable.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shocking customer service from Airtel.Broadband is down since 25th May with 0 resolution or visits. I requested a disconnection via 121, but its is nt possible saying the open ticket must close first. This is nothing but a trap to inflate bills.

    Dear Sir , I was receiving request to subscribe Funschool channel from Airtel DTH from 2 days ,when I refused , all the channels were blank . I receive 50% channel telecast normally ,even free channels are not working on Airtel DTH. @dot, @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia Your 5G is a complete joke at my location. The network keeps switching between 5G++,5G&4G, yet the internet speed remains unusably slow. I am paying for a service that you are clearly unable to provide. Fix this immediately, otherwise I'm porting my sim today.
