@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

@airtelindia Very pathetic customer service by airtel Dth team After installation. Not even received the call from engineer or cust care from 3 days.Purchased Xstream box just one month ago. Picture quality is worst. Airtel just concentrating on marketing not on customer service.

I have facing very poor network in Rangpo location, sikkim since last one weak. Network get disconnect during phone calls and internet speed is much more worst than other networks. Is it time to convert others network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
