    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @MIB_India Airtel sucks it’s .. it’s been more than 2 weeks they haven’t fxd my issue with Airtel black plan .. after been there for more then 6 yrsfor 399 plan they enrol me with black fam pck but it was a scam .

    I disconnect a @airtelindia broadband connection in september 2021. Still my security has not been refunded. Pathetic customer support Please give back my money

    Being a loyal customer for 10+ years for Airtel and they ban my outgoing because I didn't pay their overpriced postpaid bill for which two times I had logged complaint and they are unable to solve. @airtelindia @Airtel @VittalGopal Please provide solution at earliest.

    @airtelindia I am struggling to get my bill plan changed for Airtel fiber connection since last 10 days. Airtel said to have SLA of 24 hours. Same copy pasted response from their nodal officer. Can some one guide escalation matrix? Is this seriously such a major problem?

    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia Thanks for nice service, after closing down of 15-20 tickets from your end and sending multiple DMs here without any response over the last 9 month, my sms outgoing problem will not get solved, hence I am closing this no permanently.

    @airtelindia Haha.. airtel customer care person ask me for give details like they dont'have airtel sales person's no. they dont have my paid billing details.custmor care telling me problems instead of giving solution.I have all recordings and all if neeeded.
