@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

@airtelindia problem with Airtel SIM for many days and there is no solution for it. Today it was revealed that prepaid from district level postpaid is not available in our district. If I have to go to Amreli, the public will not find a solution to such a problem.

@airtelindia went to the Airtel Mini Store a lot but I did not get the same answer. I took the problem to them. But today I found out that even though this could happen, if you advertise on television that Airtel can't make a customer happy anywhere, then you have another hope.

@airtelindia Pathetic response to a complaint 10060887429 was raised Yesterday-July 10 & was told will be resolved by 11 A.M. today-July 11. It is now 01:17 P.M. ,no one has contacted me, customer service hung up and on 3rd call I was told it will take another day now to fix.

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, Your promise to provide seemless connectivity is false. I took yearly subscription of Airtel X fibre but facing outage every 5-6 days for atleast 4-5hours for which you already took money from me. Pathetic experience since last 2 months. Anyone to help?
