And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

But after paying that much, I expect the internet to actually work. I’m a Fast Lane (Priority) customer, yet I can’t even load a post on X. It shows 5G, but the actual speed is nowhere close to what it says. What exactly am I paying for?
