    @airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As a shareholder I am concerned about your service level. I tried to do the subscription of black but came to know I can't include Fiber in my city in black plan. Now i tried to have family pack , there also faced some issue. Will raise issue in AGM

    @airtelindia maine 999 ka ka prepaid recharge kiya h jisme 84 days ka amazon prime n airtel xtreams ka 1 channel ka subscription free mention tha lekin mujhe ye benefits mil hi nhi rahe hai. Theek h m consumer forum m apki complaint kar deta hu

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence absolutely horrible customer service teams you have. Ur data plan for some reason was disconnecting and u gave me a 1 week ETA a basic need. Now ur international roaming doesn’t work and I’m struggling without internet in a new place

    I have called customer care so many times in this week. I got unsatisfactory resolution. Infact, at this stage there is no response at all. None of the region service providers are picking up your own office's calls. Imagine how bad the employees work ethics must be @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really very poor show in spite of several reminders on customer care number since May 2022 and mention on tweeter no one contacted me for resolution of my broadband complaint. I am really sorry to be the part of such a lackluster company.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Complaint No: 10058748197 broadband down from last 72 hrs. Your staff not cooperating & I m calling continuously but he told me I am coming & on the way. I don't want to talk but Airtel's service is not the same as before..
