@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

Does @airtelindia even give a **** about its customers? Not a single working customer care number i could find n even after finding one all they did was put me on a audio loop, neither do they reply to email... It's so frustrating

@airtelindia Shame on you !! Really wasteful service for prepaid customers .. Have raised 5 tickets on the mobile app , since 2 weeks still being worked upon. And to talk to the customer care executive it asks for mobile recharge.
