@airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

Airtel senior management should look at customer care failure. Every response would come with this line “Hi, I called you to have a detailed conversation on this today but there was no response/ couldn’t speak with you.”. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Ashutosh512 @airtelindia No no. The team has already informed that they’re illiterate and because they can’t read Govt orders properly, they banned service in entire NCR instead of parts of Delhi as asked by HMO. They’re shameless people!
