For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

Hello @airtelindia . Despite multiple phone calls, to your customer care, supervisors and manager, you still haven't upgraded my plan . And also giving lame excuses that modem needs to be changed when the router is already compatible for the needed plan. Nice excuses seriously
