    For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

    Today, when you have reached the world of 5G, still you have such a poor network, then what to expect from 5G, almost everyone in our village is using airtel sim but now slowly all other companies which have good facility in Jio are going. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lodged a complaint about my Airtel wifi on Friday August 7 at 11.40 AM. It's been more than 48 hours and my wifi is still not working and my complaint has not been resolved. Pathetic and disgusting customer service!

    @airtelindia It's ok. Issue got fixed. But when a recharge failed due to issues from your end, and I am not able to connect with your human agent (for that I need to recharge again) , I will be in doubt whether the existing recharge will get processed or do I need to recharge again.

    @TRAI_OHD @airtelindia UNLIMITED CALLS MEANS UNLIMITED. WHY YOU GUYS NOT FULFILL YOUR COMMITMENT, ANY CUSTOMER CARE CALLING OR FOR LOCAL LANDLINE CALLING YOU CUT MAIN BALANCE. WHY? IT'S UNLIMITED?

    @airtelindia What has happened to your service at Gurgaon ?? The broadband connection is down since two days and the repair slot has been arbitrarily shifted to 12-08-2026 . Service request 11037374153 has been assigned. He will contact you on 12-Aug-2026 between 01:30 - 02:30 PM
