    For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @airtelindia airtel network is horrible here in Jamshedpur. I have taken 3 sim cards, dth connection with internet recently. The network is horrible and i am unable to connect with internet due to poor signal. Kindly correct ASAP else I need to close all connections and switch.

    @airtelindia from last 2 days i have been struggling with my wifi's irregular disconnection. I pay pretty good amount to get 100mps and my work is being impacted badly. Can someone really lookinto it urgently. Refund me if you cant give me proper service. Frustration is at peak.

    @airtelindia Your broadband is unreliable—Wi-Fi keeps dropping and now the router won’t even turn on. I’m repeatedly told to “wait,” while the technician says, “I wasn’t assigned this, I’ll help tomorrow.” My work is piling up. Stop the excuses. Escalate and FIX this NOW. #Airtel
