    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am on your xstream fiber 799 plan which offers xstream premium, but I am unable to activate it, neither your customer care over email or phone are helping. Can this be solved? Or do I need to stop the service and get jiofiber instead? Pathetic!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Experience worst experience from Airtel support, Airtel gallery. Trying to move from Post Pd to Pre Pd since Aug28,22 n still struggling. I have made payments of Rs. 2191, Rs. 136 and Rs. 61 also Wrote mails. no response
