For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is this there is no network in 4G mode sometime this become 2G network i left the Jio because of i think Airtel is better but this is wrost no net speed as well pls do needful

after repeated complaints also through the AirtelThanks app, @airtelindia is least bothered to look into any issues. Being resided in the mid of the city, my network speed doesn't goes beyond 2k/s.. Claims to come up with 'zero' complaints.. I pity.. @airtelindia

@airtelindia How does one talk to customer care? Your IVR doesn’t even list an option. Waiting for ~48hrs and your field staff has been going back and forth at random after saying they’ll be at location on Fri at 4pm #nothanksapp
