    For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

    Today, when you have reached the world of 5G, still you have such a poor network, then what to expect from 5G, almost everyone in our village is using airtel sim but now slowly all other companies which have good facility in Jio are going. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia : I have recharge of 379. 2gb per day along with 5g unlimited . I am in 5g network and not using hotspot to share my data. Still my data gets consumed. Care to explain?

    @airtelindia only ‘tries’ to provide internet in Vadodara despite charging commercial rates for it. Unfortunately, raising the issue & not letting go might only result in Airtel refunding for outage time, nothing else. No regulator will ensure service provided as promised.

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia People got several strikes aslo have been stated that they'll not be able to use 5G unlimited, until the current pack ends. Also while launching 5G Unlimited @airtelindia have never mentioned the limits or restrictions would be there neither the T&C's were updated stating the same. No doubt taking pure advantage of the duopoly.

    @airtelindia Your customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no Help & Support option available in the Airtel Thanks app, and when I call customer care, I don't even get an option to speak to a customer care executive. How is a customer supposed to resolve an issue?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Inside Extratwist of frustration today. My AirFiber WiFi stopped working this morning. Your app is stuck on a useless "diagnosis test" loop, and your customer care AI voice just says "updating system" and hangs up. Unacceptable service! Fix this ASAP. #Airtel
