For all their Commitments, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia changed..never informed start time and end time on the Special Benefits Refused after enhancing the limit to 150GB and over and above the Plan was discontinued without prior information... Now posted a loss of 2380 Cr..

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is this there is no network in 4G mode sometime this become 2G network i left the Jio because of i think Airtel is better but this is wrost no net speed as well pls do needful

@airtelindia your support staff is not supportive at all. Talked to customer service 2 times and I didn't get the resolution,instead I got two completely different answers. I had recharged with multiple packs and they are not sure from which pack data should get deducted.

@airtelindia It's scrap when Airtel claims to wish seeing 0 complaint at some point of time. @Airtel_Presence manually makes complaints to 0 without giving any solution of network issues, net speed etc @airtelnews Really fed up with Airtel now. Switching all to JIO now which is far better
