Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I am again facing issue with broadband speed in Mumbai, which is very slow. I am supposed to get upto 100 Mbps speed. One more thing, at times I am getting the name of a local operator, while speed testing. Pls resolve both issues.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have been trying for a solution and been calling airtel from a very long time, no proper network since 5th September and we don't understand how tye billing works here, want to charge any amount, resume the service asap the problem is from your end.
