    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No proper network coverage in some districts even😑 Leave 4G, it's hard to get 3G signal🤦 So many people are complaining about it in my city @sircilla , even they ready to change the network. Kindly look into this #Airtel4G

    I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, I am facing frequent network outages in Munsyari (Pithoragarh), Uttarakhand. It’s happening every other day, and despite complaining four times already, there has been no resolution. This is highly unprofessional

    Customer care had arranged multiple call backs for me but I have never received one. They wanted proofs on mail, which I submitted. They wanted 72hrs then 48hr again and then again 24hrs yet no call back or any issue resolution. Is @airtelindia really working on the issues ?

    @airtelindia fgs shut down your WiFi service!!! My WiFi is still not working. Your agents show tantrums that they can’t come after 6 and do t pick up phone even when slot was 6:30PM. It has been more than 24 hours now!! Horrible service. Fgs I don’t understand how you guys are functioning.

    Its been a very pathetic service from #Airtel @airtelindia .. Wifi is not coming from 8am and there is no support from executive. No response on the call. Disgusting and poor service. Will switch to Jio now @airtel_wifi @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal worst social media escalation team did not get the proper resolution yet neither the refund for it has been more than 48 hrs already all details have been shared but still asking the same thing

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    @airtelindia very pathetic service. On 7th of this month I requested to reinstall bb on my new property which didn't happen. Chain mails has been sent to 121 but no response.
