  @airtelindia internet out for more thank 12 hrs now. Customer care doesn't help just keeps giving bnew timeline on call This is what happens when there is less competition. We should strengthen pvt players in this sector

  It seems @airtelindia doesn’t care about their Paying customers. I have been on their 1GBPS for as long as they introduced that plan. I pay around 6500 per month for internet and my phone not including international roaming every few months. It’s been 4 days without Internet and all I get from their customer service is “sir it will be fixed in next 2 hours” . I am done with Airtel. I’ll start with Internet today and port my phone number too. #airtelsucks

  @airtelindia I'm really disappointed with the services! Made a recharge request 22h ago, payment successful yet the recharge is still processing. And we cannot even talk to the customer care executive? This is not the type of service we pay for, fix my issue ASAP.
