    I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No proper network coverage in some districts even😑 Leave 4G, it's hard to get 3G signal🤦 So many people are complaining about it in my city @sircilla , even they ready to change the network. Kindly look into this #Airtel4G

    @airtelindia Is this how Airtel treats its customers? 4 DAYS. Multiple complaints on the Airtel Thanks App + 3 calls to 121, yet my Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved. Assigned engineer Ravi Pratap has repeatedly promised to visit but NEVER showed up. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Care Facing WiFi connectivity issues EVERY MONTH without fail in Kundrathur Manikandan Nagar & Mangadu. Reason? Just ONE field engineer covers both areas — even he's overloaded. Poor resource planning, not bad luck. Please fix this urgently! #AirtelWiFi

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its now nearing 24 hours of broadband not working in our area! Unimaginable how those dependent on internet connectivity will manage their affairs in such circumstances. And there is no rain or storm to put the blame too. Complaint No 13921975814. Hope connectivity is restored.

    Airtel wifi must have to the worst service I've seen for any product! I've been calling their customer service for days now. My internet is not working. They keep telling me they they'll resolve it yet nothing happens!!! I don't know if it's like this everywhere in India but it's really bad in Kochi. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i have requested to cancel my fiber and dth connection tomorrow (id-10101017622546) still no action had been taken my you..please start the process immediately else..i wont be paying charges for services after tomorrow..i have dm you all the details already.
