@airtelindia I went to the Airtel store rajendra nagar Bareilly to get my number ported to Airtel . But as per the store person they can only port my number if I opt for Airtel Postpaid and not to Airtel prepaid because prepaid portal is not working. Is it true?

@airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence Your customer care service is extremely hard to reach. I have been billed an amount of Rs 999 for Amazon Prime, but this is supposed to be inclusive in your fiber plan that am availing.
