@airtelindia poor service and customer grievance facility. Have applied for broadband and paid the fee on 18/11/2021, but despite ur "so called 24-48 hrs installation service", broadband hasn't been installed till date.

@SherineBalti @airtelindia Pl also go thru their extremely poor classless servicing capabilities and non response to reminders 50 pluss as pathetic services can be checked basis their reviews and multiple internet complaints majorly complaints they are sleeping on long pending silence snd .fraudulent

Hi @airtelindia yesterday I paid for a new broadband connection and its been more than 27 hrs now nobody is showing up with router. My home is entirely messed up with the wires, so far I feel like I have a made a terrible decision switching to airtel😑 @Airtel_Presence
