@airtelindia Hello there, facing internet issues in my area. Max Speed around 1-2 Mbps. Apart from that connection drops in between. I have off/on flight mode to work again.

Airtel 3/3 , Airtel’s service is so bad that no escalation never works despite me being a customer for 20 plus years and a shareholder. If this is not sorted I port out of Airtel . My experience of being a CFO / COO is good service leads to good sales @airtelindia

@airtelindia please get 5G later, fix 3g and 4g network. Tried calling customer care, however I felt complaint that I’ve raise will go unanswered. While you fix internet, please fix your IVR cos when I selected English- advisor spoke in Hindi & transferred my call to IVR again.🥲
