  @ACTFibernet your service is down for more than 12 hours now and you keep sending surveys on customer support. Your support is the worst I have experienced. Waiting for lockdowns to be lifted to switch to @airtelindia fiber. They hav a resolution time of less than 2 hours.

  @i_orthodox @consumerforum @airtelindia Facing the same problem for last 5-6 months now. Each time same template reply from Airtel, but doesn't help. Corporate sharks in an almost duopoly system (Vodafone taken out). Guess, it was bound to happen when you kill competition

  Vry poor network & vry bad internet service in my village. Please look into this urgently .Work and calls badly impacted. I complained about six or seven months ago. But the problem is the same as it was then. I hope that quick and appropriate steps will be taken. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia on my area fiber connection was available but your team not upgrad my connection on fiber they asking me to give 500 rupee of it but i am and old user from 4 years i have 2 broadband connection can u help me other wise i will closed my all airtel connection
