Customer support @airtelindia are magicians. Their resolutions are never expected as they are never real. Months of inconvenience is reduced from 5 to 2 days refund, cancellation requests somehow becomes retention & request/service calls becomes interactions @Airtel_Presence BAD

I booked appointment for @airtelindia broadband, after paying the amount of 3 months, the technician told me that it's not possible to install router at my location, its been one week, I have neither recieved refund nor got router installed, worst service. @airtelindia
