    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I am airtel postpaid custmr for 15+ yrs. On 22 Apr raised rqst for prepaid SIM via app. Rq ID was generated 24 hr sim delivery promised. 48 hrs later, nothing!! Airtel cust service has no clue of Req ID. Says no SIM delivery possible!! What nonsense!!

    @airtelindia What's going on in Airtel fibre customer service. I couldn't able to connect customer care via application or no. They given 121 how can connect with vi no if dial vi ivrs connected. Need proper customer care no for kanchipuram. Very bad service
