    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is not working. Airtel app self diagnostics says all fine but I couldn't connect to internet. Tried calling 121 but the options are all in Hindi which I have no clue abt.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

    Dear @airtelindia, enough is enough. Multiple complaints, multiple emails, multiple visits to the service centre… still no resolution. Internet barely works, but your team is very active when it comes to sending bills and false promises. Now you are asking me to pay ₹900 for a connection that I could hardly use. Why should I pay for non-working service? Please close this connection immediately before your Airtel box and fiber become just another useless showpiece in my house.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to your team's negligence, my broadband connection that was supposed to be disconnected in Mar/Apr was never properly closed. I haven't used the service since April, yet bills kept getting generated & I'm now being flooded with collection calls.
