    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is not working. Airtel app self diagnostics says all fine but I couldn't connect to internet. Tried calling 121 but the options are all in Hindi which I have no clue abt.

    Absolutely pathetic and substandard wifi service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in DLF Phase 1 Gurugram. The wifi is down for last 7 days. I had to install Jio and that is so efficient. I am really disappointed with #Airtel Wi-Fi.

    Hey @airtelindia I'm Switched Jio Prepaid SIM to #Airtel Postpaid SIM in April 2026..Then I'm Facing Some call drops issue wherever I'm going nd I'm now changed to new sim still facing it. Please do something. I'm also went through Salem new busstand showroom no help they did

    @airtelindia air fiber intermittent over a week. Customer care not helpful not sure on what the resolution is. Customer service stating true fiber will be fixed from the junction box. If you can’t provide the service right why show off!
