    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia I'm really surprise how your support services have degraded to another level. I made a complaint 1 week ago and the issue is still not fixed. This makes me think if i should be switching to another network.

    @airtelindia had network issue in my location for past 1.5 yrs.I called thm many tyms for resolving the prblm, no response will be thr.But whn i asked to disconnect service,they did it nxt minute itself widout askng anythng. Now for reactivating i physically has to go to store

    Since the day @airtelindia launched priority postpaid feature, airtel is not working properly at all. Networks are never full, varied internet speed from same location, delivery guys saying my number is busy.. i can handle that. but MY WIFE IS SAYING I WAS BUSY WHEN SHE CALLED. (I was not even using my phone that time). This is not acceptable. Fix you network Airtel or else you will be responsible if something happens to me if this continues 😭

    I need help with my plan. I am currently living abroad and to keep number active I have paid for plans for 365 days including a roaming plan for 365 days. Both had unlimited calls. Upon coming back to India I ran out of talk-time. I had to recharge. Tell me why pls. @airtelindia

    Very disappointing service from @airtelindia. My BB down since 11 July. Despite repeated complaints, CC keeps saying the outage is resolved & an engg will visit soon. Today is 15 July & no Engg assigned yet. Keeping customers waiting for days without support is unacceptable.

Before offering any actual resolution, I was always told first that there were a bunch of alternatives to avoid disconnection Every call with airtel customer care included this, even though I mentioned that I am using airtel in my new place
