    Ever since I got the new sim, mobile data has not been working. I contacted customer care and 21 January'23 has been given me as the maximum resolution date. My whole work depends on mobile data &I am unable to continue my work without mobile data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia : you are requested to investigate the matter and check and confirm that without my consent why numbers outgoing is being barred time and again … it’s genuinely pushing me towards changing my network or porting my number to other network .

    New day new drama and new ways to kill by @airtelindia Removal of numbers from family plan required. Okay, did it, now 1 num is stuck in process and it will be stuck for 30days! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer care and your “FLOOR MANAGER” is useless piece of crap!

    @airtelindia I had opted for MNP from Vi to Airtel my an online request on your website. I was assigned a service person and he did visit our location to do documents verification and asked us to choose a recharge plan. So I opted 479 valid for 56 days and I made him the payment.

    How do you define priority Vivek!? You said you will check on priority, the experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is getting ridiculous. I guess people & response like these are the base to it, is it the case? Just don't do anything & condole the customer, right?
