    (1/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to stop by at siddipet location & unfortunately faced issue with SIM. When thought to upgrade the SIM (swap) I see the worst #airtelstore here in siddipet. Only 1 employee need to serve the requests and rest all are off. Not sure whether

    I get a DM saying my request has been escalated last night. This morning, instead of the status of the refund, I get a SMS saying a new technician has been assigned. Over email, @airtelindia now says they cannot cancel the connection, after saying it's already done on Thursday.

    @airtelindia I am facing very poor internet speed on my Airtel SIM since day one. I use an iPhone 14 Pro. The same phone worked perfectly with Jio, but Airtel internet is extremely slow in my area

As a loyal customer, the struggle for a simple hardware replacement is unacceptable.Your declining hardware quality is a serious concern.Please prioritize service over PR #Airtel #CustomerExperience #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No signal for airtel DTH since 10th july. Already raised complain 657473224 on 10th July but no resolution till today 13th July . This is the condition of AIRTEL BLACK premium service. Request you to please resolve it or close my connection..

    Since from last couple day I am facing internet WiFi issue, while I am complaining their automated care is receiving call and registered case but no one call you from Airtel . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please update me

    Worst ever service by @airtelindia in and around Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Lodged multiple complaints for the same issues (call drop,call muted or one way audio) but they seldom get solved. I reckon it's time to port out to @reliancejio for good.
