  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, when m calling customer care, it’s bcoz I want to talk to someone who could solve my problem. It’s impossible to find the option which can direct me to a customer case representative. Full of unnecessary info rather than actual problem solving.

  @airtelindia doesn't seen to care about the internet issues.. complaining since yesterday, gave a time by which engineer will visit but no visit yet.. called relationship team, they don't hv all the info.. and refused to transfer my call to supervisor. Service req num 10058712333

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I‘ve been facing broadband issues since yesterday. No resolution. False assurances technicians appointed and no one calls. Today your systems said that it will be resolved by 5th July. Seriously 4 days!!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I asked airtel to terminate my airtel broadband connection. Customer care guy told me keep it in safe custody and it will be not charged. Still Airtel sending me bill every month. Pathetic.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews There is some issue withy broadband connection..raised a service request yesterday but didn't get any response yet, technician was about to reach before 8 am but till now nothing...even customer care number is not working.horrible for WFH
