    (1/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to stop by at siddipet location & unfortunately faced issue with SIM. When thought to upgrade the SIM (swap) I see the worst #airtelstore here in siddipet. Only 1 employee need to serve the requests and rest all are off. Not sure whether

    @airtelindia Homes Town Planning team visited my apartment for Broadband connectivity in March., and did some work. No response further after making changes in apartment. Not responding to calls. Poor customer service and no broadband connectivity so far. Worst team ever

    @airtelindia Very bad experience from morning I am not able to call neither my Internet is working I raised a complaint. It will be more than 12 hours it’s not working and this is specific to location where I live it was working when I visited the gallery.

    I have also raised the complaint through myjio app and results are below. Nil , no response at all and no solution. That's why Airtel @airtelindia is said as best service provider. @reliancejio @JioCare worst service provider
