    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of training do people receive when they join your company? Is the goal to make customers as polite and patient as possible by continuously avoiding actual resolution and simply providing a new timeline every day for the next update?

    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia Very unprofessional, unethical service providers. STB stopped immediately after installation with wifi . Complaint raised but nobody has contacted me . Mail sent to then also not responded. What legal action can ai take against them?

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @OfficialDMRC It's been 8 days already. Either refund my money immediately or resolve the recharge issue without any further delay. Please stop sending generic responses and provide a clear update with a resolution timeline. My amount has been debited, but the recharge is still not reflected.
