    I'm looking to move out of @airtelindia coz of pathetic network connectivity n data issue. Voice break issues during call, even call don't connect, at (192306) Rajpora #Pulwama - J&K. Thanks for services so far but now I think it's over. @Airtel_Presence @me_aamy #airtelsucks

    @airtelindia From the service angle, facing issues and found no single point of contact to resolve it and it’s almost more than 3 months, so had stopped using services since then and u raising unnecessary bills without giving the proper service. No response of emails sent to any hierarchy

    @airtelindia since last three days we r trying get our Airtel xtream wifi issue solved for ticket no 10073670901.helpdesk replies your issue has been esclated every time.We are fade us with such customer service and left no choice other than shifting to another service Provider.

    @DoT_India @airtelindia It's already been 9 days since I made a complaint to @Airtel_Presence DM that I can't use internet properly every day from 12:15 pm to 8:30 am. What is the reason for this? And please solve this problem. But they still haven't given me an answer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is a request for cancellation of Airtel fibre so I don't break your box. It's been 15 days and still getting 20 Mbps with a 200 Mbps plan. Constantly approached, wasted time and got no resolution. Not one servicemen visited to fix it.

    @airtelindia It’s a nightmare trying to get technical help to visit home and fix a broadband issue. I have already wasted two days getting Airtel to make an engineers visit and resolve my network issue. Pls look into this matter. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear airtel I am a user of your airtel, normally I do recharge for 3 months which is of 84 days but every time only 1 complaint comes, internet speed slowed down completely from 4,5 days before recharge end Why does it go? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
