Services got shut down for 5 hrs in mp region by @Airtel_Presence.Without any prior notice. A very careless behavior. They should notify their each and every customer. Customer care executive attend call after 16 mins to worsen the situation. #carelessairtel.@airtelindia @Airtel.

Update. @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence your support team has contacted me and I am told that I just need to cancel my #AmazonPrime subscription before it renews and it won’t show up on my bill. Really commendable response from your support staffs. Thank you.
