    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence another issue-No 4G network, only 3G. Yesterday afternoon, saw a message on my iPhone, NO SIM. Restarted my phone, Airtel network detected, but only 3G only, Removed the SIM and inserted again, no success. should I need to replace the SIM?

    @airtelindia Simple request to swap a post paid number in my One airtel since 24th June is still not addressed!! Wondering if Airtel with all its technology support and supposedly competent senior officers still lack system integrity and team efficiency.

    Airtel Fiber connection - 3 month amt paid in advance. - installed in 4 hrs. - Stopped working in 20 minutes. - Representative not picking call from last 24 Hrs - Issues is still there, not working. @airtelindia after sale service is very BAD. No response

    @Airtel_Presence For how long do I have wait now ? It's 3 days now. My work is affected here due to this. I have a platinum account in Airtel where VIP services are present. If this is the VIP service of @airtelindia then I wonder what treatment an normal user faces. Very disappointed.
