  Services got shut down for 5 hrs in mp region by @Airtel_Presence.Without any prior notice. A very careless behavior. They should notify their each and every customer. Customer care executive attend call after 16 mins to worsen the situation. #carelessairtel.@airtelindia @Airtel.

  @airtelindia I have Installed airtel fibre with DTH of 599 plan. But they automatically add one a la carte pack of 19 rupees. When I tried to cancel it, it still showed processing your request. But my basic plan changed to 618 rupees. How to change it back to 599 again??

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.   @airtelindia @airtelnews Paid for Airtel wifi installation on 8 June and still waiting. No call from engineer neither technician visit, no updates after call on given no., Please resolve this issue or cancelled the connection & refund.

  @Sreema_Sree @airtelindia I am also facing the same issue. This is pure harassment! If @airtelindia don’t want to respond the issue …. Please disconnect and give air fibre option. Bunch of lazy on-site technicians are delaying the work.

  @airtelindia We are not receiving Airtel 5G services in our area despite having 5G- plans. The network coverage and internet speed are poor, causing inconvenience to many users. Kindly look into this issue and provide an update on it
