    Services got shut down for 5 hrs in mp region by @Airtel_Presence.Without any prior notice. A very careless behavior. They should notify their each and every customer. Customer care executive attend call after 16 mins to worsen the situation. #carelessairtel.@airtelindia @Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence had good expectations when i ported my sim to airtel but damn its so bad that it never switches on VoLte or VoWifi when jts needed. It turns of inbetween the call. Its been long its happening like this.

    @airtelindia How do airtel will come to know about the low-income users? Do they have any specific data of users with their income? If No, then anyone will call customer care and saying that they are from the low-income category.
