    Services got shut down for 5 hrs in mp region by @Airtel_Presence.Without any prior notice. A very careless behavior. They should notify their each and every customer. Customer care executive attend call after 16 mins to worsen the situation. #carelessairtel.@airtelindia @Airtel.

    @JioCare Did not solved the missed call alert service problem yet. I replaced the sim, changed the mobile , convert the no jio prepaid to jio postpaid. Cust care says the service is working fine ! Is that your service @reliancejio Should I port the service in @airtelindia
